These as so cute! I enjoyed seeing your paper bag journey. You are so very creative, I love seeing how you put papers and fabrics together. I can't wait to see your next project! TFS!
I love your style of the two most recent journals. Your imagination and whimsy is exactly what I hope to come up with for myself. Thank you very much for sharing!
I am a new subscriber and have been watching tutorials on everything you can think of. From water 🎨coloring, junk📚 journals, glue books, polymer clay and so on. But, I kept coming back to these journals like you make. Funny thing is when I got on UA-cam💻🖱 well over a year ago. To look up something. I know it was not art related but then I stumbled upon something paper or journal related . Then found Johanna Clough in Australia and Marta I think her channel is Marime small arts. Plus so many more. I've always loved crafting but this past August I became a Grandma to a baby girl and right away I wanted to make a book for her. Well, the 1st was bad so I've been making junk journals and getting practice. Then as I see you crinkle the paper I remember a video showing a "Flow " magazine for paper lovers. A light💡 bulb moment so long ago now.....I didn't know there was so many of us that love paper and here I thought I was a weird paper hoarder.😂🗒✂️📏🖇 So thanks for sharing I am enjoying your videos I am watching all out of order! But keeping me busy and giving me ideas. Stay😷 safe and have a great night. 🌎🇺🇸🙋♀️💞
Welcome Melissa to my channel!! I am late replying to your comment because of a fall I took a few days ago...it sounds like you may have found "your people"! LOL! Have a wonderful day today...

Your journals are totally awesome. I just this week used a brown paper bag as a base for my journal covers. They turned out really cool. I love the red and black too. Those red roses against the black background are just stunning !!! I don't agree with the less is more concept. To me that's an oxy moron !!!! I live in Spokane. Hello neighbor
Thank you for sharing your amazing talents and gifts with us all. You make beautiful journals!!! Oh and I am new to your channel!! Of course we all have to stay organized and remember stuff.... but GEEZ i will never make an EVERY DAY CALENDAR GIRL! LOL!!!
My gosh, these are all just so beautiful, and becoming more so over time, plus more functional and just better in every way!!!!! You are amazing and I'm so glad I found you, Ronda without an H!!!!!
Sorry to be so off topic but does anyone know of a way to log back into an instagram account? I was dumb lost the login password. I would love any tips you can offer me
I'm 3 years late, but thank you for the inspiration! I haven't made my first signature yet, and was wondering about what twine/thread to use, and now excited about the midori style. TYFS
Hi Carletta! Nice to meet you!! For my midori style journals, I use thick elastic cord you can buy in Joann's or other good craft shops...several colors come on a card. Good luck!!!
Loved seeing your progression! Next to my love of file folder journals are the little paper bags ones. I've made a couple and really like them. Yours are adorable! TFS ~ L
I love these little books Very good job. I wish I could make them. I want a pretty one to write to my kids in. As all know I have a brain tumor and I am forgetting everyday. I think it would be neat to write in one each day for my kids and grand children. Hugs and god bless. Deb
I love trifolds. So functional. You rocked these Ronda. Love that black and red paper. Looking forward to seeing the next one. If you get any time to do a tutorial on it I would be very keen to make one. I have just made a journal with an inside page inspired by your collage ideas. I'm very pleased with it. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much for your kind words...that means a lot! If I do a tutorial, it will be well down the road as I'm still just designing and playing with things...I too love the black and red one! So happy you're getting some inspiration for your own creating!!
I've never made a paper bag journal. I'd certainly be interested in How! If you make a journal with the basics, I'd love to see it. Thanks, you are so great at this!
Hi! Rhonda I loved your journal bags and the kitchen book it's amazing, I like to know, if you have a chance to shaer us how you made those mini bags, are cute🎀 thanks
Hi Ronda without an H!!! So funny how I was just thinking about you yesterday and wondering when you would post a new video... And I wake up this morning and see this!!! Wow! Such a fantastic treat!! Thank you so much for sharing these gorgeous journals, your silliness, and your giggling!!! You made my day! 😁 Much love ♡ x.o
Hi Mary!! I hope you'll consider subscribing to my channel, if you've not done so...thank you for your comments...I had to go back and view the video I made and I wish I'd made a tutorial at the time (I was nervous to do that back then). I will add it to my list of videos to make, but I am not 100% sure I can reproduce it! I will try...hugs coming your way!!
I liked seeing the progression. In the First cooking journal, is the stitching on the reverse side of all the decorations you sew on, covered up by a second bag? Or simply by the pieces of paper you used to decorate the inside?
Thank you for watching!! Yes, I decorated the outside covers and decorating the inside covers and stitched the 2 together...you have to plan ahead in doing that so you don't accidently stitch down a pocket and make sure you've got things the way you want before stitching together, so you don't have to unpick or glue. :)
LOL! Yea...it may not seem like it, but I take a great deal of time just staring at my projects, looking and thinking about the project...the designing takes a lot of time...just give it a go! If you don't like it, what really have you lost by trying?
thank you for sharing your enthusiasm and your fun projects!
Thank YOU for watching my videos...have a great day!!
Love these Ronda! Adorable. Thank you for sharing the evolution of your little journals. : )
