🔹 Tim Holtz Distress® Sprayer 🔹
🔹 Ranger Heat It™ Craft Tool
🔹 Ranger Artist Brush
🔹 Tim Holtz® by Tonic Studios Surface Media Mat
🔹 Tim Holtz® by Stampers Anonymous Layering Stencil: Spots
🔹 Tim Holtz® by Stampers Anonymous Cling Mounted Stamp: Curiosity Shop

Instructions:
1️⃣Scribble wet pencils directly onto layering stencil.
2️⃣Spritz stencil with water.
3️⃣Flip stencil over and press onto tag. Lay paper towel over stencil to remove excess water. Remove stencil and dry tag.
4️⃣Scribble wet pencil on the top edge of the tag.
5️⃣Hold tag vertical and spritz with water to create drips. Dry tag again.
6️⃣Scribble wet pencil onto the stamp. Stamp image onto tag.
7️⃣Create splatters with a pencil and wet brush. Dry tag again and enjoy your fun background!
