- Welcome to my latest UA-cam video! In this video, I'm unboxing $10,000 of gold coins and silver coins from my local coin shop. This is a great way to see some of the different types of gold and silver coins that are available, and it's a great way to start your day!
We've got the American Gold Eagle, American Gold Buffalo, Gold Britannia, Austrian Gold Philharmonic, Canadian Gold Maple Leaf and much more!

Very nice coins to add to the collection!
I LOVE THE SAINT GAUDENS COINS. I LOVE ALL OF THE PRE 33 GOLD. GOD BLESS.
Nice pickups Marteen. Keep up the good work man
Thanks so much for watching. Appreciate the positive vibes!
I've spent 9000 on 100 toz of 10 toz bars. And 3 gold buffalo coins. Sometimes I think i could have gotten more for the money!
If you bought recently that makes sense. Luckily I did a big buy when Silver was around 19 or 20 an ounce. I don't remember the price gold was at, but I know it was a lot lower than it is now :)
september? ANyway! AWESOME. I have to get debt free before I can dream about spending 10 grand on metals
You can do it!
Some really great pick ups man. I miss the type 1 eagle design but I'm working on filling a tube of quarter oz eagle and a tube of tenths before I start saving up for the full Oz eagle and buffalo. I'm just hoping the prices don't take off like it looks like I will be. It will definitely slow down my purchases.
I feel your pain, I've been working on a 5 ounce tube of 1/10 philharmonics forever. Finally just got to an ounce when prices started rising. The fractional gold premiums are a killer especially on the eagles. How many ounces is in a tube of quarters? That might be a fun project 10 years from now when I get my 1/10s done
@@marteenStacking it fits 20 coins I believe. I've been going heavy the last few months, picked up 6 but now I have to slow way down. I'm thinking I'm going to go heavier on silver for the moment and get my base stack up. Good luck with filling your tube.
@@AnxiousStacker I’ve been seriously contemplating getting rid of most of my silver in favor of gold. I did a trade at the last coin show for some fractional gold. Dumped a bunch of 10 ounce silver bars for some tenth ounce philharmonics. I was amazed how much lighter my backpack became after the trade but I was holding the same value. Got me thinking that in a pinch it’s way easier to grab a couple of tubes of fractional gold than load up the truck with silver bars.
@@marteenStacking oh man, that's awesome. Yeah it amazes me how much value you can hold just in the palm of one hand in comparison to silvers weight to value ratio. I don't know that I'll ever give up my silver unless it was a super unpassable deal for gold. I went heavy on fractionals this last few months but I think I'm going to lean primarily towards silver from here forward to get my base stack up to where I want it. Hopefully 1000 Oz's, which is going to take forever when I'm only able to buy 10-20 Oz's at a time, but once I'm there I'm going to lean primarily towards gold and stacking it until I have the same value in gold that I do silver. Once I hit that point I'm going to change my plan and finally feel comfortable with paying over 100 on the higher premium stuff and numismatic pieces. I'm going to do a video about my plans for my stacking, pretty much repeating this once I start putting out content soon. Thanks for the response.
0:31 Nice.
Thank you! Love those type 2's!
@@marteenStacking I like the type 2 gold but not fond of the type 2 silver
