I think the heart over height era might be done in the NBA. Idk if teams are gonna give IT another chance. And I’m sure once Clemsons comes back from injury he’s gonna get let go. I really thought Carr could of made it. He just had a lot of personal issues.
Agreed... IT had a good run. Carr would have definitely made it if he didn't have personal issues away from basketball. He was doing well in the D League and would have gotten called up if he was a little more patient. I believe the people around him were apart of his downfall. People thought I was delusional about his game until they saw him on 60 minutes and finally watched him play. I have seen some great little guys, but Carr was the best player under 5'8 that I ever saw. I can't say under 5'10 because that includes IT and Nate Robinson who are both 5'9. He was special and we may never see anyone like him again. Kiwi Gardner was good too, but I was still more impressed by Carr because I felt his quickness translated better to the NBA game. It was Muggsy Bogues and Spudd Webb like. He just needed to be more mature. Not going to Seton Hall was a mistake.
Im 5'10 and played in d2 I was like a midget. Being 185 pounds helped with my package but most schools will take a 1 star 6'4 pg over a 3.5 star sub 6' pg.
