@@noplans take a look at SVP Pro. It's a cheap piece of software than can allow you to transcode 30fps video to 60fps. There is a AI based interpolator called "RIFE AI" that works very well upscaling 30fps to higher with very little or no artifacts. Might be a good stopgap for now.
