Preparation: 1. Snow fungus, soak in tap water until it turns soft. 2. Dried figs, rinse with tap water. 3. Pork shank, rinse with tap water. 4. Snow fungus has been softly soaked, cut its core, cut into small pieces. Rinse thoroughly. Steps: 1. All ingredients, put into pot. 2. Add water 6 bowls, heat up at high flame. 3.
