i think people are more upset that she's getting the job BECAUSE she's a woman. espn is trying to take the initiative by employing women, but the obvious fact here is, she has no idea what she's talking about. she's merely there so espn can say they have put more women in broadcast roles, but is it really fair to take a job away from someone else, that's way more qualified, and actually analyzing the game and knows who they're talking about? she shouldn't have that job, but im not saying necessarily that a man should have that role. just someone that actually knows what the fuck they're talking about. if there is a more qualified woman for the job, then why isn't she up there instead. if there is a man that is more qualified than her, then he should be up there instead. its not a crazy statement that statistically, more men are more invested in the nfl than women, therefore statistically, the most knowledgeable and insightful people of the sport, are most likely men. so why do we need 50-50 men and women talking about it, if that leaves the most intelligent of the sport without a broadcasting job
