This isn't the Shito-Ryu version, he also moves the front leg when dropping, unlike the back leg in Shito-Ryu :)

Ryo kiyuna is from ryuei ryu style. Maybe that is chatanyara kushanku from ryuei ryu.
No Kusanku in (original) Ryuei Ryu syllabus. This is the Shito Ryu version where the double kick is to the front.
