Read the Evan Tanner novels by Block when I was in high school, and just picked them up again. Lawrence Block is one of my favorite authors, so I loved finding out there’s an hour’s worth of interviews with him an my favorite talk show host. God bless.
It's very interesting to see how Lawrence changed over the years in subtle ways. He seemed to have spent some time with Craig and now share the same sense of humor. He cracks the same kinda jokes as Craig in the later appearances
G George I think you're definitely right that they spent time together. But I suspect Block didn't change too much, but rather he got comfortable with Craig and opened up.
2things, 1.Honestly, I laughed out loud more from these interviews than the ones he's done with actual comedians and actors(guess that makes me a nerd), real humor and genius are not so different I guess. 2.Wish Craig took his own advice before 'retiring from the show. "You're good at it. Keep doing it. What else are you going to do?" P.s. Thanks Mr jayleno fly
So Craig does understand what it was like when he decided to stop hosting the show, he reacted the same way when Mr. Block said he'd want to stop writing novels.
I love Lawrence BLOCK and his work especially Keller the stamp collecting hit man.
one of the greatest storyteller novelists ever.
Thank you so much, man! You're awesome!
Anytime bro!:D So are you im sure!
Damn that's the 3rd upload today! It's such a blessing to have these when I am back home from work :)
Enjoy your day good sir! :D
Excellent author, his books are works of art. Truly writes at the top of his game.

Does Lawrence remind anyone of John Malkovich? They have the exact same voice!

The chemistry between them is fantastic .
Lawrence Block is just a genius.
Good for him that he changed his hair and beard after the first appearance.

WALK AMONG THE TOMB STONES was actually a fucking great movie, who knew? Well, it got Liam Neeson in it so.
When he's talking about buying a harmonica every twelve years he sounds just like Steven Wright, right?
hahah, I was thinking more like...Mr Robot from the series.
Have you done Harry Connick Jr? If not, I'd like to request it, please :)
anyone knows the song playing at 38:28 ?
