Roundstone Native Plant Seed Farm • Upton, Kentucky • Wildlife Habitat

Oh, do I have a treat for you! I went to Upton, Kentucky, recently with three lovely ladies to visit the Roundstone Native Seed farm. It was an amazing trip and a learning lesson, big time. We got to see fields of native plants, which they grow and care for, while waiting to harvest the seeds from the plants. These seeds mostly go into mixes after being carefully cleaned and conditioned. Many machines are used and several methods of harvesting are utilized as well.
