Thank you so much for watching the tour of our 1973 Airstream!!! 🥳 This was a crazy restoration process that we are so happy to have completed ourselves! Check our description for links to the products you see in the tour AND drop a comment because we can't wait to hear what you think of our new home! 👇
This is awesome! You guys did a wonderful job with your build. It’s practical, quirky and cool, innovative and functional and I like the vibe of different metals, surfaces because it doesn’t look generic and boring. Love what you did with the curtains on the 2 dowels. It’s clever and very attractive. You are such a cute couple! Thanks for sharing your gorgeous airstream. 😊❤️
We went beyond all limits physically and mentally on this one! We’re so stoked how it came out thanks for the constant support through this crazy adventure 🤙🏼
You guys did such a nice job on your AS and it was fun to watch the progress. My wife bought a 1977 AS that is now sitting in our backyard. It needs so much work, like everything from the frame up but it was cheap enough. Someday we will get to work on it and use some of your ideas. 🙂
thank you! This is the cuddy by compocloset. It cheaply made of flimsy plastic. It has some significant design flaws with the location of its electrical connections. The pee tank sensors broke in just a couple weeks. It's uncomfortable to sit on. Not easy to clean. The agitator flings the compost material everywhere and makes a mess. The condensation is unreal, and despite their marketing claiming it does not need to be vented, it absolutely does. That's our short list of problems with it and we're looking for a replacement when the budget allows.
@ thank you for all the details! Your toilet experience with this brand is the shits. 🤪 Your videos are super helpful and I reference them often as I navigate my ‘73 overlander Reno.
Thank you for reply, just wondering approximate cost don’t really need a full breakdown although that would be nice. I know you did all the work yourself so that would be added into your labor just kind of a blue sky estimate.
we made sure to buy a trailer from someone who had the title. It took looking at a few different trailers to find one. Your state's DMV should have some insight what to do to register an old trailer
The company is called “Tiny Wood Stove” we have a link in our description and another installation and review video on our channel with more details about the stove
I hope you're having a great day. I'm a UA-cam thumbnail designer, dedicated to producing eye-catching thumbnails that represent your channel’s brand. If you’re interested, I’d be happy to provide a sample thumbnail for you to review. If it works for you, we can discuss how we can collaborate on future projects. I look forward to hearing from you!

Wow, you folks did a great job. 23ft is a good length, easier to tow than longer, esp with double axels. Wishing you many happy miles and memories.

Pretty awesome. I have a ‘75 20” Safari. I’m detailing a rebuild and you sparked a lot of great ideas. If you are even down near So Tx reach out!
Thanks! And awesome I hope you have a smooth restoration 🤙🏼
Love your videos. Nice work! Curious about why you hate your composting toilet - and what brand it is.

We’re going to do a full breakdown in the future so if you really want to know you can subscribe so you don’t miss it
How did you manage to get a title for it ? I have an abandoned 68 Safari and am having a tough time getting a title
we made sure to buy a trailer from someone who had the title. It took looking at a few different trailers to find one. Your state's DMV should have some insight what to do to register an old trailer
If you would like to share estimate of cost
We bought it for $9,000 and we’ll share a full breakdown of the cost in the future

fyi air stream are the biggest piece of crap
Not this one
@Meghanandmatt may not now that you fixed it but as a rule they are over priced crap
You guys rebuilt it better. I would rather buy an air stream rebuilt by you guys.
@Berrypancakes229 I'm biased but I agree with you 😅
Glad i found your channel🦩 i have a 1962 globetrotter i adore anything airstream!! I will follow along 🦩
Yay! Happy to connect with other airstream owners
