I prefer being alone with my animals, people around me are in a lower frequency, I'm in an ascension process, 'alone', I stop trying to 'save' people, I stop trying to give them info they just can't understand at this point, I'm completly different, my mood, my joy, the way I live. I don't see or read mainstream media, I guess I'm in 5d, it's another planet. My circunstances are stil not what I would prefer, I have faith that all will be added. Today was the last time I did something I didn't want, nothing serious but after I took hours to came back to me, sacred me and you helped me, your words took me back. My frequency is higher and higher, I feel in heaven everyday, I wake up smiling and dancing around. Tomorrow morning, I go to the garden with my dog, I don't want people around me, I' m kind and loving but I have to be stronger on boundaries. They are in another earth that I'm no longer in. A tractor had just ploughed the field we were walking beside and I just had to pick up a clump of the fresh earth to smell -it was heavenly - and my friend just said ‘you really are an earth angel’, but looked a little bemused!😅 I do get quite overawed by the beauty that is around us. We are so lucky to live on this beautiful planet. So lucky. I pray that one day everyone will realise this!🙏🌸🙏xx
The day Mercury Retrograde started I felt an immediate impulse to deactivate my Facebook account (which I did the next day on the 14th) and now today (the 15th) I've done a tremendous amount of "house cleaning" with my emails, phone and all technology as well as declutter and reorganize my home a bit. Intuitively, I have been feeling that it is to allow more space for new energy to come in for the remainder of the year. What you shared has certainly provided me with extra validation that I've made the right choice in these decisions to unplug and declutter to allow anew. Everyone else can freak out... I'll be meditating. ;-)

All you are saying, it resonates Pam. But to improve the vibration from chaos and fear to light and love.....it requires consciousness. Becoming aware of the darkness in all of us, the wounds of childhood that whe all have (unless we were raised by parents who where perfect), and sending light and love to those places in our heart. Light can not be forced by using our will and focus on only that light... It is more allowing the light to come in and reveal all that is dark so that it can become light as well. When we fail to acknowledge the dark, the light can not anchor.

All you are saying, it resonates Pam. But to improve the vibration from chaos and fear to light and love.....it requires consciousness. Becoming aware of the darkness in all of us, the wounds of childhood that whe all have (unless we were raised by parents who where perfect), and sending light and love to those places in our heart. Light can not be forced by using our will and focus on only that light... It is more allowing the light to come in and reveal all that is dark so that it can become light as well. When we fail to acknowledge the dark, the light can not anchor.
I wanted to share my way of raising my vibration as Pam has given us such wonderful inspiration.
In a little notebook I began by listing what I appreciate And what I am thankful for and also ways I can soak up beauty in nature
I believe for me anyway having my loving intentions handy written down to step into
Daily will help me and our world.
