I almost return this product because I thought it would not work with my iphone 8 plus. After viewing your video I was happy to know I had an option to flip my phone to the side for portrait. Thank you!

This video really helped me, I couldn't get my remote to work and after changing the battery and puting the Bluetooth on my phone into search, it worked.
I have the S22 ultra. When I press the + or - button on remote, instead of zoom from what I understand it's suppose to do it just takes more pictures. 🤔

My current cheapo phone mount falls over straight away so thank you for the demonstrations showing that this mount is weighty enough to cope. Then I make a video call to my young grand-daughter, and read her children's stories, turning the pages, etc. She can see and hear it all. I tried to buy more of these, Dec 2023, as Christmas gifts. NO LONGER AVAILABLE! I looked all around, and could only find it USED, on ebay. Too bad. I bought another brand. Not as good.
I bought this stick (or a very similar one, with the BT remote that has the two zoom buttons). The ZOOM buttons DO NOT work with iPhones/iPads! This apparently is an Apple limitation. I am still looking for a simple selfie stick like this with a remote zoom function, but not sure if I'll find one.
On a Samsung Android phone go into your camera Settings. Then go into Shooting Methods. Then go into "Press volume key to". Once there, change from System Volume (the default setting) to Zoom. At his point your camera volume key will act as a Zoom feature and the Zoom buttons on the remote will PROBABLY work, but I do not guarantee the results.
I have order a new one and they sent me a used on and i was very upset and it was missing parts it was missing a phone tripod mount holder the remote controller and the usb cable and the user manual and the box was open. I would never buy from this amazon seller again. I am glad that amazon is going to refund my money back. this is going back it is crap a rip off a scam.
Thanks for your video! I would like to know how strong is the extended part hold up if we want to stand the phone on the ground? I may want to use to take still pictures of my work on my computer and need to stand the phone on the ground because there are no safe space on the table near the notebook computer.

I read heaps of reviews on Amazon, like probably all of them and there were quite a few, and one person mentioned that the battery didn't last long (didn't give exact time) and when they went to change the battery, they said it was hard wired. Is it hard wired and if so, is there a way to recharge it? Please help and hope to hear from you soon! Again, great review :)
Although I have a decent camera set up, I think I am going to order one of these selfie tripods too. It's really convenient to just grab the phone for quick vids when needed. I was looking at grips for the camera, but came across these for the phone....plus this can hold my light or aid in other camera gear when needed. 👍

I noticed there were 2 other buttons on the remote aside from the ‘photo and video’ button. What’re they for?

The remote I have does not connect to my phone Bluetooth until it is connected to the charger🤔 any idea why is that? I have the exact same tripod
