This is what Hindus call Satsang, its a kind of frenzied worship/celebration that is common to all religions--like the Bekhtashi Sufis, or the chorus Bhajan and Kirtan of the Hindu sects like the Gaudiya Vaishnava or Hare Krishna...Its a mystical ecstasy

The chassidim (followers of the Lubavitcher Rebbe) are expressing their joy through an extatic song and dance and requesting Gd to grant them the Messiah and ultimate, complete redemption! Happy Purim!
