Regarding to the to do list try to keep it very simple and not to much detailed with many folders because it can result to be lost and even have more work with this. Some tasks that are simple can handover them with time to a reliable person who can help you to have and save time for yourself to focus on other things. For example things like the translation in the content or some cleaning and some other stuff can be more helpful to have a partner. I know that you seek perfection and attention to detail and all these sound amazing and great but I want to see you with time more relaxed 😊😊 I am very happy that you put a video and really seeing with your friends its so nice! It's really a blessing having people around you to support you!! I have to write something again. Thank you for your great explanations about your culture and the norms of behavior! This opened up a lot to me. On the subject of wine: red wine can be diluted with clear apple juice (tastes like sangria, try it, ratio 2 wine to 1 apple juice) and here in Germany many drink white wine spritzer (mineral water with bubbles, ratio also 2:1 / some also take something like that like Sprite although I tend to drink it with beer). Just try it here too. And they direct unpleasant guests out of your bar like a concierge to protect your other guests. They sap your energy... your soap flakes are stylish and unique, I think this idea is great. So, with this in mind: continued success to you, nice guests and stay the way you are ❣️❣️

Honestly, the app sounds really useful for freelance employees like myself. Firstly, wearing multiple hats makes daily tasks for a freelancer unpredictable because it's less routine than most jobs, which means it can easily get chaotic even if you're good with multi-tasking and time management. Secondly, reminders are always useful, not only for what you still need to do but what you've completed so that you don't find yourself wasting time checking if or when you completed something. It's also pretty cool that you can share it with others, which is great for me when I co-author work with someone and we have to divide sections of work - in the past this was always done through emails, which usually meant slow response time, especially since the guy I normally work with is in another timezone.
I used to use iphone memo and paper memos and in the end it all becomes a mess and I can’t find the things I’m looking for. I’m actually happy and surprised this app found me haha

I have to write something again. Thank you for your great explanations about your culture and the norms of behavior! This opened up a lot to me. On the subject of wine: red wine can be diluted with clear apple juice (tastes like sangria, try it, ratio 2 wine to 1 apple juice) and here in Germany many drink white wine spritzer (mineral water with bubbles, ratio also 2:1 / some also take something like that like Sprite although I tend to drink it with beer). Just try it here too. And they direct unpleasant guests out of your bar like a concierge to protect your other guests. They sap your energy... your soap flakes are stylish and unique, I think this idea is great. So, with this in mind: continued success to you, nice guests and stay the way you are ❣️❣️

Honestly, the app sounds really useful for freelance employees like myself.
Firstly, wearing multiple hats makes daily tasks for a freelancer unpredictable because it's less routine than most jobs, which means it can easily get chaotic even if you're good with multi-tasking and time management. Secondly, reminders are always useful, not only for what you still need to do but what you've completed so that you don't find yourself wasting time checking if or when you completed something.
It's also pretty cool that you can share it with others, which is great for me when I co-author work with someone and we have to divide sections of work - in the past this was always done through emails, which usually meant slow response time, especially since the guy I normally work with is in another timezone.
I used to use iphone memo and paper memos and in the end it all becomes a mess and I can’t find the things I’m looking for. I’m actually happy and surprised this app found me haha

I think it's fair to say, that you've got your life together. Most peeps (including me) tend to get too distracted with other people's lives... Er, like I'm doing right now. I've not used Notion, but I've heard of its usefulness before. I'd also like to do a ton of things as you are doing, but I've no idea what I'm doing half the time. LOL Good luck with it all. ;)
