Our recent stay at Swapnagandha Resort on October 2023, started with high hopes. The hospitality, food, and waterfalls view were delightful. However, the presence of poisonous snakes in the resort's vicinity, without prior warning or adequate protection, left us feeling vulnerable and distressed. We discovered that king cobras and pythons had visited the resort previously, information that had been concealed from us. As medical professionals, we were deeply concerned about the lack of transparency and safety precautions. We expected basic protection, not luxury, and believe that guest safety should be a priority.
