GM's Q4 YoY Growth is down around 50% on all metrics. They took an $11 billion write down for the strikes. How is this earnings report being spun positively by CNBS?

Low inventory doesn't necessarily mean you've had great sales!! Maybe it's low because your employees were on strike 🤣?? Whatever the reason just look at your sales figures! Don't go flexing your electric Cadillac because we all know it'll depreciate and be worth less than $10k in 3 years after it's driven off the lot!!
Or maybe because they have stopped production on vehicles to keep prices higher!

I’m not a GM fan in terms of the quality of their products. However, in comparison to Tesla they at least have a diversified product line and are not too concentrated on EV.
GM should just stay on track not to make EV’s. No one wants their EV’s for the uncertainty of battery issues, and tech problems with the Cadillac Lyrq and the EV Blazer. The EV Blazer halted sales on it due to major issues with the tech in the car. These EV vehicles are to heavy and expensive, they won’t sell anyway.
Why 2035, didn't she say at one time that by 2025 GM would catch up to Tesla? I'm confused.
Plug in hybrids are the future in terms of the best electric alternative to ICE.
Can you state why you assume so? Hybrids have the same gas engine system as ICE, it doesn’t reduce any complexity unlike a pure EV. So what are you basing your statement on?
