Hello, I had the same problem, so I contacted a great company named NAV REPAIR, the gentleman who replied told me to disconnect the battery and touch the terminals for one second, then leave the battery disconnected for 10 minutes to allow the canbus to clear, I did that and after 10 minutes reconnected the battery and the radio went back to normal, so that was the solution
Ram 07 1500 4x4 CD Player won't receive a disc,it spits it back out.I used some computer dust blew it out,it was a temp fix now it back to what it was doing,no mater what disc is used
My 16 2500 is going black to the Home Screen sometimes you can hear the radio then it goes black no sound nothin then back to Home Screen with ram logo.The funny part is it happened at 100k when I hit that mile marker lol.I will try this.
R/C Family I swapped my pcm and then I started having that problem and I sent my pcm back in to where I got it from and they reflashed it for my truck again and fix the problem I swapped the pcm so I could install diabilo tuner onto the truck don't know if you did the same?
Bro after watching your video I try to do a factory reset by just holding the two knobs together. After the 10 seconds the system automatically reset itself and the radio started working
R/C Family my pcm locked me out from it being aftermarket from Diablo sport I guess somthing went wrong in the process of writing it to my truck and I just had to send it back to them to rewrite the pcm for my truck
I don’t listen to the radio in my 2017 ram ..I never listened to the radios on any of my motorcycles either... commercials make it not worth the the aggravation.. it’s useless information supposed to fire my imagination..
Abs, airbag light on these trucks with "no communication" can be the plug under the center console not fully seated.

Holding the radio’s “Power” button and “Browse/Enter” button (simultaneously) for a few seconds worked on my 2020 Ram with the 12 inch screen. 👍

The air bag does tha when is not connected under the passenger chair or the connector plug need to clean. Same with mine it was loose.

Yes it from my ecu but I bought a tuner to tune it and u have to change the ecu was just programmed wrong

I took mine to the dealer they put a whole new radio in disconnected the cargo cam they fixed the problem for a bit and then it worked
