Unless they get some great scripts for new shows, they lose general publics interest and don't get work. Age also matters a lot for female actresses in entertainment induatry. In TV serials, very few older actresses get to continue their work as lead actress. Sanaya had been around for a long time. She wasn’t getting proper scripts to maintain her popularity and new generation of actors started getting fame. General public loved her character Khushi in IPKKND, not her as an actress. As time passed and new gen actors took over, she got forgotten. People still lover her character Khushi but It's not something she'll get to play again bcz of her age. If she had done more shows with good scripts, she probably would have survived in TV industry.
But her friend drashti dhami is still playing as lead actress and delivering successful shows ..I think becuz Sanaya asked for pay parity they blacklisted her it's all inside politics i guess

Working on a SonyTV project is not that easy. I don't believe she was blacklisted. She just made the wrong role choices after such a huge hit show. People dont watch tv to see great acting. Most of the indian tv dramas' target audience are women. They relate to the female.lead. A few years back, we used to hear jokes that female actresses have most of the lines in each episode compared to the male actors. Then WHY ? Jodha akbar is my most fav show but the cherry on the top is the lead actors used to have so much problematic each other . Do research on that and also come up with this one . I heard somewhere the director of the show used to misbehave with female actors from which one of them left the show . The chemistry of the lead actors are off the charts but their offscreen behaviour is pathetic .
I have read almost all the articles and also know very particular details . Please, make one video on this show and if you need any help from my side I am up for that .
