    What a great video!
What's the best way to sew up the bound off underarm stitches to the body?

Hello! In this method, the underarm stitches are not bound-off, they're just on hold. You can use Kitchener stitch (www.purlsoho.com/create/kitchener-stitch-video/) to graft the underarms together!
If you're following a pattern that does have you bind off these stitches though, then I'd recommend seaming them together horizontally. We demonstrate that technique here: www.purlsoho.com/create/seaming-stockinette-stitch-horizontally/.

How do you attach at the underarm.

That's a great question! A pattern designed this way will usually recommend using the Kitchener Stitch to seam the underarm together. We have a tutorial for that technique right here: ua-cam.com/video/dsBbmdqIaHU/v-deo.html

How to knit round neck with this method

Hello! This method will work for many different types of yoke construction. If you're following a pattern, you'll want to follow the pattern instructions for decrease placement in the yoke!
