- Nomadic Fanatic said he was broke after the purchase of his 2004 Ford F150. That didn't stop him from a shopping spree to order things to embellish Frosty the Ford. He also get a load of stone delivered. They didn't do exactly as he wished, so will be looking elsewhere for future deliveries.

Typical Tater ! Butchered a very easy paint touch up, added the usual bling crap to a truck that's on it's last legs ! 5.4 "Bomb" Triton won't last him 6 months. LOLOLOL
He doesn't even know what kind of engine is in his truck or he wants to be like I got the "BIG TRUCK ENGINE." As soon as he opened the hood I could see it was a 4.6 Triton. It has similar problems to the 5.4 but not quite as bad.
Every decal he puts on that truck reduces it's value by about 100 bucks when he sells it within 6 months! LOL

Zoning laws in parts of AZ are very loose. But that is changing because people who want to build a real house and have money don't want to look at some hillbilly compound next door. Areas around Show Low now have stricter zoning laws. That's why Mike from living free is having trouble finding land in the area. He can't afford to install things like a septic field or build a real house. CVK and Eric may be grandfathered in for now but that can change.

You only get grandfather in after 10,12 years every county is different. And no you can't not if planning and zoning finds out. You will need a big septic for all the rvs .
