I would also pretty much recommended Balloon Party on her team, because her is heal base on loss hp by that it means that she can have massive heal at a very low hp which most likely be the case for Semmelweis since you'll pretty much encounter her in a very critical hp most of the time, same as her other teammate. Not to mention, the new tuning can also sacrifice the most useless card in the right most hand, so Balloon Party atk card can be discard anytime you want as long as it is on the right most position. So yeah one her best teammate is prob gonna be Balloon Party.
I think she's gonna be good with J. He loves being low HP and the lower HP you have to more she buffs. And she gives Crit too with her buff card so J gonna hit really hard. Ezra is there to make her follow up stronger and maybe Kakania as healer cuz she also hurts herself. Eternity too they help each other, Eternity gets buffed when she saps her HP and she's gonna add potencies to her follow up. The only thing I'm not sure about is how exactly her follow up works. If the potencies reset with each ult/when the turns run out or if you can upkeep it and keep the stacks to 20 for as long as possible. Because I think the only way you can get 20 stacks of added potencies is if you keep the uptime. Waiting on a raid to test cuz nothing survives long enough to be sure about it rn 😂
They reset and are based on a round to round basis. So, you probably won't see the 20 stacks of damage being added to her follow up for it's maximum damage output. I've seen people say that it's possible in roguelike.

What do you think about Lucy with Voyager? I've been using it and it's pretty good. Who would you pick from the paid selector for that team? I don't even have a 5 star healer so I was assuming Tooth fairy but I know that 6 and Geitan are really strong with Lucy. Help? I'm new :)
Voyager is not bad with Lucy but the problem that her crit debuff need a tier 2 skill which is quite hard to achive not to mention that her insight needs her to moves 3 action which also quite hard to achive but she still does her job quite ok. For the paid selector i would suggest tooth fairy if you lack healer and crit support for Lucy, 6 is also great universal support that work well in many team, getian on the other hand quite an niche option because he work best in reality team even tho he was one the best support for Lucy.

Eternity team looks interesting but I don't have her. Semmelweis is beautiful (love her design) and a good free char, but I still don't have a team where I can really use her. I understand that I can make a team using her as a universal support, but I invested on 6, Isolde, Getian, 37, Pickles, Shamane... The first two are basically irreplaceable and the others I still prefer in specific teams so yeah, she will be benched, sorry
@@andyvincenti 6 is very much replaceable unless you play Jiu Niangzi a lot. That's the only case where he's irreplaceable because otherwise she's gonna run out of liquor constantly. But if you don't play Jiu Niangzi? Id say he's the most replaceable of the bunch because his buffs and debuffs are kinda mid and generic. He just has a really good ult but the problem with his ult is you need to use his generic cards to boost it and that's cringe. Meanwhile Semel with Isolde and all the stars aligning perfectly is gonna give you 80% damage dealt up+power burst and Rousing morale for 155%... Which to be fair, you could use with 6's ult. That would hit incredibly hard. But yeah imo 6 is a crutch people should get rid of because the game has evolved past the need for 6 and using 6 is holding you back from better damage potential.
I was about to build her but i happened to do a pull for fun in the sekector banner in 13 pulls i got offbanner getian which i dont have now im invested gonna go for that guarantee spathodea i dont have any resources after that 😂😂😂😂
