It's more about personal preference. XF is an excellent binding. It is more responsive than the Atlas and has the best straps we have encountered in the industry. We just need some shock absorption and the XF has almost none. The Atlas has exceptional adjustability, is pretty responsive but has way more shock absorption so it makes it a much more balanced ride for us.
