- www.realityshifters.com -- Have you noticed anything different in the ways you sense and experience the world? Some of us are starting to notice rather dramatic changes--including changes to visual perception (sparkles, rainbows), and lack of pain, injury and suffering when we might otherwise have been burned.
I feel blessed to work with mentoring and coaching clients who are sometimes early sensors and experiences of energetic shifts, and also with my fellow co-founders or the International Mandela Effect Conference. What some of us are noticing recently involve changes to our visual perceptions involving rainbow hues, and sparkling lights.
I’m hearing from some people that having existing physical, emotional, or energetic pain points and injuries can result in difficulty and additional pain in receiving these upgrades, so I recommend consistently asking my favorite question, “How good can it get?” Thanks to maintaining such radical optimism, additional support can arrive to assist with receiving energetic upgrades.
Blueprint for the Fifth World
This time of Great Awakening has been foretold by indigenous wisdom keepers, mystics, and spiritual masters for millennia. The Hopi described many signs that we are moving from the fourth world to the fifth, and they provide us with sage advice to keep our hearts open to love, and our kopavi (crown chakra) open to receiving divine inspiration.
The spiritual Masters and wisdom keepers explain that this natural progression from our old way of living to the New Golden Age, will be guided by unconditional divine love. This is a natural process, and a spiritual process, and therefore, we will do well to purify our hearts, and dedicate ourselves to our highest ideals and principles. Each of us has the opportunity to rise above emotional and even karmic drama.
Some people wonder what this new world, this fifth world, this new golden age will look like. We have been given enough information now, to know what this will look like, based on recognizing the way that we now can choose to either remain on the drama triangle, or make choices to evolve above Victim-Rescuer-Perpetrator.
Just as Buckminster Fuller created geodesic domes by recognizing that the triangle is the most stable building block, everything humans build can only be as good as their fundamental components. We can thus envision upgrading our old Drama triangle associated with conflict, wars, trauma, and strife with a new Shambala Triangle. We can build our new world on this foundation m honoring and recognizing all those who choose to keep hearts and heads open to divine unconditional love.
The new Shambala Triangle replaces traumatized victim consciousness with the spiritual strength of vulnerability of sincere authenticity; it replaces anxiety-ridden rescuer consciousness with heartfelt caring kindness; and it replaces righteous anger with the wisdom of deep listening.
Our society will be transformed as we each choose to transform ourselves, moving out of drama and trauma (Victim / Rescuer / Perpetrator) into kindness and love ( Sincere Authenticity / Caring Kindness / Listening Wisdom).

Hi Cynthia. Despite all the dire news from the Lamestream media, I'm noticing people being kinder to each other. Whether it's letting a car turn before you in traffic or holding a door for someone. I see strangers striking up conversations out and about. Something's going on. How good can it get?

I thought I was the only one seeing the rainbow clouds! so many now for a while, about 4 months or so, and very vivid, not everyday but often, and I've never seen that before in my life...

Rainbow clouds yes! I've also noticed more sensitivity to lower frequency foods... been hosting family and traveling which makes it difficult to really eat & drink clean. Thank you so much for your help in these times, as a mother I find some days nearly impossible to navigate-- or remain in touch with the world my kids and spouse are in.

Wow this is great! I’ve been wanting more discussion abt upgrades and here we are! It’s all about the plasma! The side effects I’ve felt from this specifically express as a drying effect, itchy skin in areas random and fierce but then just stop. Lasts a couple days. The obvious fatigue that leaves as quickly as it shows up…and my least fave is the feeling of my hands and feet being tingly and on FIRE. No remedy of relief, lasts half a day at most. A nice ice water dip is helpful tho❤Blessings to you 😄
Hi Cynthia, I totally relate to what you are saying. My world of perception, connection and how recieve has altered on the last few weeks and feels ongoing. I see sparks of light often, mostly indoors though. I had an experience where last week I burnt my hand on an oven tray which had just come out of the oven. I didn't run it under water like I normally do... It was red and sore. I put cream in it and the next day it completely disappeared! Like it was never there. Also I was out a couple of days in the sun (wasn't hot) with no sunscreen. I felt my face burning. The next day it was brown which was odd as I always go red first! My connection to spirit has increased. Where I feel my higher self/soul essence come through strongly with guidance which seems crystal clear. It is gentle yet undeniable!! Expansion is what I feel on a big scale. Thank you for this video. It felt very much a recognition. ❤️
How interesting that you've noticed perceptual changes the last few weeks, and often see sparks of light indoors. And that's awesome that your hand recovered so fully and quickly from the oven tray burn injury--and you went from sun exposure to brown without any burn. Very wonderful! I’ve been noticing changes in how I perceive things, even my lifelong favourite things, for quite some time now. I consider it healthy in certain ways of course. My Spirit Guides have been helping me through it all. Thank you, Cynthia. How good can it get? ♾️💓💡

Oh I love this Cynthia! I thought it was only me! When I say I can see 'sparkly lights´ at times people look at me madly because they can´t. We live in a pine forest and all views from the house either look into, or over on top of the woods or forest, but in one view on my level, facing East, I have seen ´sparkles´ since late last year, literally flowing throughout all the trees! So beautiful. I have had some really bad nerve pains too this last month though. Feet and hands and left arm. Soles and palms have raw burning feelings for quite a few days, then its gone. Totally all tingling throughout. Especially a few days after the solar flares. And my sense of smell has just gone off the scale too!!! I am bombarded with so many new smells now 24 /7. Especially in nature. No one else again can smell them. So much ear ringing and gong like noises too, making me pause and listen to them. Sometimes for 2-3 minutes as if they are telling me to pause from always being on the go! I am also getting whole conversations in my head from my husband literally before he says something or asks me a question! Freaky. There has been so much change for me, especially this year. And the final synchronicity in this post, is the triangle. I have been studying drawing sacred geometry for a while now and I was making tessellation drawings and patterns until late last night, the simplest of which is started with the triangle. And there you are this morning talking about the importance and strength of triangles as used in geodesic form by Buckman Fuller! I love the description you gave of the Victim triangle and how we can turn this inside out and upside down and totally reframe the 3 sides to be stronger. Thank you, dear Sally, for such a beautiful, detailed description of what you’ve been observing and noticing recently. I first noticed the sparkles when looking to the east, and next when looking to the north… and I’ve pointed out in a video I posted last summer that I’d been receiving powerful spiritual messages in the form of “my house ringing like a bell” and also the bright sunny day going midnight black/dark for a split second, and looking at the clock to see a quarter after 12 noon… in other words, north (12) and east (15)! There is again a message to me of new beginnings, fresh start, and following intuitive spiritual guidance. ❤❤❤
I had a brain injury at birth as I passed away jammed in the birth canal…I was then a forceps delivery…. I was revived but had no idea 🤷♀️ that I was brain injured!
The incoming upgrades are so I believe realigning my brain as twice now the pain has been horrendous until I start massaging my face and head which then elevates the worst pain 🤔
So happy to hear someone else is experiencing there injury as well!

Wow, thanks for validating the observations that these newest energies and upgrades coming in can feel painful to those who have pre-existing injuries. Great idea to massage your face and head--and hopefully, you can also request and receive some support to offset the pain, and hopefully completely clear it. Cynthia, I see the shimmers and sparkles, too! Actually, I've seen both for several years... the shimmers are in bright sunlight (not all the time, but much of the time), and I see random electric blue sparks -- inside and daily, but they seem like they're geting larger(?)...and very often, when I'm looking at someone - I will see the blue spark-orbs next to their head! : )
Wow, that's super cool! Do you see these blue sparks both indoors and outdoors? How intriguing that they seem to be getting larger. I've often seen flash-bulb flashes of light near peoples' heads, and aura colors... and occasional orbs.
@CynthiaSueLarson electric blue sparks indoors anywhere... definitely visual changes...seeing energy molecules moving about & one other interesting thing...a handful of times over the last several years, I've experienced what feels like a heavy soundwave go sideways through my body(brain)...it's kind of alarming.. I'm not a follower of Christian beliefs but some blue flashes have been associated for Christians with Archangel Michael's powers of protection (I am told by them). I definitely associate it with protection even though I don't follow Christian or esoteric Christian systems. I am more "free spirit" in my thought process and have seen blue spark/orbs more lately as well!
The thoughts that came to mind on these subjects...The sun and the earth are emanating Energy at A higher Rate of frequency Which in turn altars our vibration. When we fully atun to the new frequency the shift we be complete and the next phase of the evolution of consciousness will be in full swing.
You Experienced less pain with the boiling water because your physical being is literally less dense.

Last year the same thing happened to me. I was filling a hot water bottle with boiling water and accidentally poured it over my hand. I had a strong sense of “this won’t hurt me” and apart from a tiny red mark where the water first touched my hand, it poured over the rest my hand seemingly without touching actually touching my skin and no pain. I felt a kind of wavy movement over my hand but nothing else. Afterwards, no pain and no marks except that tiny first spot which was a little red but not sore. The water was from a kettle just that second boiled. I had no explanation except that it felt like a miracle and I had this certainty while it was happening that no harm would come to me. That was about a year ago and since then I haven’t experienced the same thing, I’ve been injured or pained by things as I normally would. In the last couple of weeks I have experienced white flickering lights and energetic downloads in my body at the same time. Don’t know how that information will manifest yet.

Wow ! Yes!!! My vision is so incredibly different in the past week maybe week and a half. My eyes feel. “Cool” , bright and aligned -similar to the way it feels after you’ve used soothing eyedrop’s and there’s a distortion almost like a filter over everything but in a good way, I don’t know how to explain it, but I’m so glad you mentioned it, now I have something to attribute this to !
Just found you yesterday! I had the strangest feeling, starting at your eyes, like I know you! And I'm obsessed with Shambhala so when I heard you say that word - Wow. A few years ago I dropped a table that I was carrying on my toe, i didn't feel a thing for a few seconds then an overwhelming extreme pain, i hobbled over to a chair, felt like I was going to pass out then I screamed out - "make this pain go from a 10 to a 7" and immediately I could hear/see/feel all at the same time - 10, 9, 8, 7 and with each number the pain would lessen. One of my first thoughts was "why didn't I say 4"

The same thing happened to me Cynthia! I was draining vegetables, I couldn't drop the pan so I had to just let my thumb and four finger and part of my hand get scolded with boiling steam for a good few seconds, it turned red like it does before blistering then I thought "no it'll be fine", I dished up the rest of the dinner then looked at it and it was gone, no blister, no redness, no Mark at all!!!🤔😃 love and light from Louise in Cornwall, UK 💗

I’ve been “hearing” what people are about to say a split second before they say it quite frequently, even people I don’t know. This has always happened, but now it’s all the time. Yes, I am a happy person typically. I felt deep sadness out of blue on Jan 6, and I had no reason to be sad. I didn’t know what is going on, and I asked the universe. And then I saw a rainbow when it was dark. Few weeks later, I also saw rainbow ring around moon.

I too have noticed rainbow clouds and in my area of N Central Florida it has always coincided with heavy chem spraying. I captured some photos during the recent eclipse where they were visible as were the stripes they spray. I have also noticed glimmering light, and almost plasma like rainbow waves that were fluttering about 2’ off the ground for several minutes. I was able to get photos of them as well.
Hmmm, that's interesting. We just heard that here in the San Francisco bay area, chem spraying has been happening this year, and it's the first time I've heard anyone accept responsibility for chem trails. I wonder if people in areas that aren't getting sprayed (where it's now illegal) might be noticing rainbow clouds, sparkles, shimmers, etc?

This happened to me. Energy felt strange, I'll call it a wobble, and my visual field did a double take. (Not to mention the downloads I've been getting these past few weeks). This happened when I was sitting eating lunch with my partner. He didn't perceive it, but he actually started crying with overflowing love for our son. Holy it was wild.

In 2015, it appeared that I had broken my finger. It immediately swelled and began to turn blue. I had recently heard that we all have a healing power center in the palm of our hands; besides I was already of the mind that I do not have to accept pain or illness. I decided to test that healing power center with the conviction that my finger was completely and fully intact. I cradled the injured finger in the palm of my other hand, drew it to my heart, got quiet within, and calmly breathed healing energy into my entire body. Within minutes, if that long, it was if the injury had never occurred! 😍
Yes, indeed! This is a skill that more and more of us are adopting as part of daily living. I had a similar finger incident on October 12, 1998, where a car door slammed on my finger, which by all rights should have been broken, but in a matter of minutes it was completely fine, pain-free, and as if nothing had ever occurred. I've been seeing all kinds of prismatic effects in the sky since around 2014. I've caught some on camera! 😍 I've called them rainbow torpedoes because they have that sort of shape to them. Also, in 2012, I had been noticing that no matter how cold it was outside, the sun felt extraordinarily hot. I commented to a friend, at that time, that something has changed with light and the sun is more intense. Speaking of light, a few years later, my friend is no longer able to get the double-slit light experiment to work. I believe that started in 2014. He has performed it numerous times in all the ways he learned in the past, at he is no longer getting the interference pattern. For him, this is a major source of anxiety. Also, in 2012, we started seeing what we call the smiley face moon. It's when only a sliver of the bottom of the moon is lit up. We had never seen that before and it is a mystery to us. We've always experienced one side or the other being lit. It could be tilted slightly, but it was never in a horizontal position until now.
Thanks for sharing your observations about all of this. That's really interesting about the double slit experiment not working the way it used to--and also the new Cheshire moon. I've noticed that new smiley moon, too.... and also the sun rising and setting in a different location than they used to.

The friend I referred to in my comment is going to get a big kick out of this, since he has a story about something he experienced on Cheshire Street in his subdivision.
If it doesn't feel like I'm building castles in the air that will come crashing down, I'm OK with it. It has a better quality to it than a disconnect. Have noticed changes in quality of silence too after 2017 and 2024 eclipses.
I'm still cautious about who I talk to about anything.

It’s been crazy at work for me. Good relationships I had are suddenly falling apart. I keep getting stuck in the victim mentality which was very easy for me to get out of before. I was also very forgiving but have suddenly become judgmental. There’s definitely a hidden boulder I need to clear. I hope I am not descending. 😢
One thing you said about healing, I too burned myself twice. Once while cooking and once with the iron. The moment it happened I just felt I could shift and the pain immediately went away.
Since you're noticing you're sometimes feeling a bit stuck in the victim mentality, I have a good feeling you'll manage to extricate yourself from it. This may just be a bit of a bumpy stretch of road--but we can keep insisting to find out how good it can get for you! I love hearing that you've shifted after burning incidents, and the pain immediately vanished. Very cool!

I have several photos of rainbow colors on clouds and one it was away from the sun but lit up as bright as the sun. On the left is the light body of my German Shepherd.
I got caught up in the victim triangle and have occasionally been able to rise above it, but have also been pulled back into that loop over the yrs. It's been really looping the past two years, and I have found myself on a lower timeline than what I prefer 😂.

My husband and I recently walked on a rocky trail and noticed lots of sparkles, they seem to be everywhere on the rocks. We never noticed that before, although we walked on that trail quite a few times. Wow! Interesting...

@@genabyrd8435 For the sparkles and rainbows, yes, that's possible. For reduced pain and injury from burns--now that still counts as human evolutionary upgrades!
There are very few airplanes flying here, in northern Spain.I think our perception is changing, sparkles on rocks could be just something in the structure of rocks but now we see it.
Another interesting thing I noticed recently (not related to sparkles or airplanes) - when I write on a white piece of paper, I see with a corner of my eye blue light outline my left hand. When I look directly, it disappears. I noticed it started a couple of years ago although I write on paper every morning for a while now. Interestingly my husband does not see it.
Selfvictimization is always a lack of seeinf the 360° perspective. No natter how hard it gets, its a game,life is perspective , we are just fractals of everything, the All. In many possobilities.

It is actually the persecutor not the perpetrator in this triangle. It is commonly known as the Karpman's Drama Triangle. The persecutor is commonly aggressive, bullying, demanding, as well as spiteful and scornful. This is one of my favorite triangles that are used in the therapeutic process. You are able to understand the client from a different perspective.

This is amazing! Ch-ch-ch-changes! While I have not noticed the things you mentioned, I have experienced something else recently. Within the past few weeks, I've had what I would describe as four partial out of body experiences. Before this, the last time it happened was almost exactly four years ago. Each time, I laid down in the daytime when I wasn't too tired and listened to a relaxing guided meditation; next thing I knew, I was in the vibrational state and felt like parts of my body were lifting off of the bed. Since it has happened so frequently lately, I feel like this is something that my spirit really wants. I just haven't quite manged to get completely out of my body and astral project, but I intend to keep trying. Would you consider these experiences to also be a sort of upgrade trying to come through? Yes, I'd count this vibrational/lifting sensation as an upgrade coming through--good job noticing it, and relaxing into allowing this experience to come to you.

OMG....I gardened for 8 hours on a sunny day and do not burn. I do not wear sunscreen fyi. My boyfriend not so lucky. Burned in under 30 minutes.

Greetings Cynthia! I have seen the sparkling energy for years. Sometimes the physical picture just goes away and then all I see is the Light sparkling. Lately I have been very dizzy though. Maybe it's just energy that needs attention? I don't know. Any thoughts? Love and blessings ♥️🙏
I've seen occasional sparkles and rainbows, but this has become for me a much more regular thing. Dizziness may indicate dehydration, although some of the energy shifts coming through have occasionally left me feeling briefly dizzy or nauseous. We're getting huge waves of cosmic energy recently. I recommend good grounding stones like tourmaline and obsidian... and rosophia can be excellent, too.

Hi, Cynthia. What do you think of law of assumptions? Including coaches like Neville Goddard and Sammy Ingram. And did you affirm for your ex-roommate's cat, "Ashes", to still be alive? If so, how long did it take for your manifestation to come to you? I wonder if I can revise it so that one of my cats to still be alive.
I looked up the Law of Assumptions, and see it's summarized as "whatever you assume as true becomes your reality." I would say there is some truth to that. The factor I'd love to also include is that each of us has many levels (layers) of conscious agency, such as Head, Heart, and Gut. We also have higher levels of conscious agency that sometimes seem to have made some pre-arranged choices for us, that we then experience as what feels like 'destiny' but actually is a choice made by us, just at levels higher than we typically consider ourselves to be. With regard to my roommate's cat, Ashes, coming back to being alive again after having died when hit by a car--I did not even know that I'd see Ashes alive again. I was truly grief-stricken, and the only thing I thought/felt upon hearing he'd died was that if I had a chance for a do-over, I'd drop everything when I saw him in the garden, and just hang out with him. This manifested fairly quickly, in a matter of weeks. And I kept that promise I made to God, and really did drop everything and just hang out with Ashes every time I saw him after that!
