I believe that Grant Hill benefited greatly from his college basketball experience. That amateur experience counts for something. Same with Penny Hardaway who did 2 or 3 years of college. Kobe was great but he was basically a teenage kid thrown in big grown ass men.. Those should have been his college years. He still ended up being better than Penny and Hill because he was just that good..
