ingredients
raw rice ( white rice) -1 cup
rest for 3- 4 hours
and wash add in a mixie jar
cooked rice -3 spoon
cardamom -2
salt to taste
water
blend
batteris ready
jaggery - 250 g
water
melt
melted jaggery added in the batter and mixing
baking soda -1/4 tsp
mix
in a cooker add
coconut oil -2 tsp
sliced coconut
onion chopped in small pieces
and add the batter
cook 15- 20 minutes
kalthappam is ready
