I wish these nostalgia trips came with some sort of ability to convey the sense of comfort these ads bring. This was the TV all the time as a kid growing up.

I'd forgotten about Discovery Zone. Can't remember ever seeing one, but I did want to go there. I do miss some of the aspects of the early days of Cartoon Network.
I remember using my Blockbuster gift card (that I got for Christmas) on Christmas to buy cd's of all things. It was even snowy like in the commercial. Crazy those employees had to work Christmas day.
