I don’t agree with the belief that Ten hag is being forced to pick certain players consistently, maybe advised but certainly not forced.
Antony is 80 million, Sancho was a big earner, Maguire big money signing, Casemiro big earner now seemingly out the the starting lineup and there was Ronaldo as well.
My point is Ten hag has shown he is willing to bench anyone he doesn’t believe should start regardless of money problems. And people will say but Erik said he wants to get the best out of Rashford, he also said he would love to work with Ronaldo at the start and look how that turned out.
I’m Ten hag in(just because of constant managerial changes) but I just think him consistently picking the wrong players is on him, not players. If Rashford and Bruno continue to start it’s his own fault. Not even gonna mention his confusing and inconsistent tactics coupled with lack of in game tactical adaptability.

according to City AM's website the Glazers' percentage share of United is around 45%, with Ineos owning around 28% and the other investors 27% which is interesting!

Man united forgets that the glazers got more than 50% of the club and 100% they contribute in decisions in the football management, and some players actually don’t care about the club. Taking for example our game against spurs, yes our tactics were probably bad and ten hag looked stupid but our players couldn’t make a simple 5 years pass to their teammates, and if a sunday league team played against spurs they would probably make these simple passes, so yes maybe we have to get rid of erik but we need to actually call out why the players do good for certain times and then they look like stock city in other games, and if they don’t have the balls to play for this badge then they’re not man united players, becuase 100% any man united fan would give everything to play for this team and try to give their best performance every week.

Hi Mark, any manager coming in should be well assessed to know how he rates our investments so far. We can't afford to bring in a manager who is not ok with our investments. Which is why we need a plug and play manager who is experienced in the league. We are desperate... we have gone through too many shits already. if we are to pull the plug on ETH which i highly recommend at this point, i guess it makes sense to assess Emery. but he should be sounded well to check if he can work with these players.

More than the manager we have to focus on getting the medical and fitness departments sorted out including assessing the fitness record of those coming in and their ability to play high intensity football,. Otherwise it will handicap any future manager.

Whether ten Hag goes comes down to one thing: are INEOS looking at this as Year 1 or Year 3? If they see this as Year 1 of their tenure, it's too early in the project to sack him. If they're viewing this as Year 3 of EtH, they'll be more likely to get rid. Two things jump out at me - 1, they actually did want him gone in the summer and 2, the Glazers are going to have a say, and it's definitely not Year 1 of them!
