  • Hello again,
    For some reason I couldn’t get this part of the video saved with the first part. I’ll have to practice on saving the videos together.
    This is a short video on Flosstubers I forgot to mention in the first section of the video so they are included here along with how I stitch.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.
    Hugs, Lori

    This was awesome! You have such a great set up for your stitching. You are so fortunate you don't need a magnifier! I don't stitch on anything higher than 32 count but still use a magnifier for everything!

      Hi Anne I don't stitch on anything higher than 28 and depending on the fabric some are easier to see than others. Happy stitching 💕

    What a fabulous tutorial, Lori! Arthritis in my fingers causes me pain when I hold a hoop. I’m going to give Q-Snaps a try. Being able to stitch two handed is such a bonus. Thank you so much for this thorough explanation. BTW, I use a Frixion pen to mark a copy of the chart. When I’m finished with the project I use a warm iron (no steam) to erase all the marks.

    Thank you for showing your stitchy spot and how you stitch. I had trouble getting the holders off the q snap. I may of had a different brand. I stitch in hand now. That lamp looks handy. Glad you got it.

    Thank you for taking the time to record this! It’s always helpful to see how others stitch, and I use a q-snap like you! We do many of the same things, and I too find that I’m balancing my q-snap on me rather than holding it tight! ☺️💖. Take care - your current projects are coming along so beautifully!

    Another great video And a great stitchy spot Lori. Love the “Liberty’s Welcome” you’re working on. I’m getting ready to stitch Liberty’s Welcome too, are you using the NPI’s or DMC colors, and are you using the called for colors? Thanks.

    • @OnceUponAStitch
      @OnceUponAStitch  7 місяців тому +1

      What I usually do, is if I have the color of fancy floss (cottons - not silks) I will use it. Unless I see it needs more than a skein. Then I use the DMC. I can't get to my piece now, we have workers here but I'll let you know in next video what I'm using. I believe it's all DMC but I made the house a shade darker. Happy stitching💕
