I have no interest in going to the gym so these at home workouts are perfect for me. great for building strength and muscle endurance, which is exactly what I'm looking for. I have a physically demanding job, so being in control of my body is very important in my day to day life.
Slowing down the pace but not the intensity and focus, these workouts definitely make us grow stronger mentally and physically. The holds and pauses really make me realize that the mind is stronger than the body and if we get past the momentary burn and discomfort we can overcame our own perception of what is possible.

Nice slow exercises, very low-impact indeed, not very sweaty (doesn't mean easy), but rather accurate moves - I liked it, thanks, Anna! The most difficult exercise to me was the climber hold (it isn't so difficult by itself, but after the previous abs moves, it felt difficult). I was afraid there would be a hollow hold at the end - there wasn't - so happy! xD
My muscles were shaking, burning and losing tension at some point, but then I saw Anna's "Omg....puuh....okay this is hard"-face so I shouted "SAME ANNA but...WE CAN DO THIS". The fact, that she keeps it real and we can actually see her sweat and a painful grin as she rubs her "muscle burn" away is always giving me some more motivation to not give up. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Just completed this workout and I feel so refreshed and energized. Anna- thank you so much. Seriously. Your videos help and motivate me to stay consistent with my workouts and somehow you just pick all the right exercises or movements to piece together into a fun and do-able routine. Woooohhh!!! 😣 my legs were burning but once we hit abs, I forgot about my legs and felt my abs!! I feel proud that I could do most of it without stopping ,except some of the pulses. And I can do flutter kicks all the way. I use to stop after 10 seconds 🦵💪
I think this is probably my favorite of all your videos! (and I've been doing some for a year now !!) I felt like it really targeted my muscles in the right spots and my body felt shaky!! But not that sweaty or cardio which kept me going! The one-leg wall sit hold was too difficult for me haha... :)

Don't get fooled by the words low impact, because this workout will give you burning legs and abs - promised. 🤞My quads were burning so intense, because even though you only work with your bodyweight (and I am used to workout with weights), Anna knows exactly how compose a workout that will hit your muscles intensely, if you follow exactly her execution. Slow and steady the burning in your legs and later in your abs will increase and hit a point where I was near to cry. 😅 This was totally different than her beloved HIIT workouts, but it was a perfect addition to her variaty of workout that will make you grow. Thank you, Anna, that you will never miss a chance to surprise and challenge me/us!!!❤
I missed leg day on tuesday.. because I did one of your HIIT videos Monday and irritated a quad muscle. This will get in some leg day action without the overexertion. Plus it's very pilates based, which is my ultimate jam. Thank you, Anna. I'm gonna rock another one of your videos. Go team!!
