Well it's my habit too lack of sleep i sleep at 5a.m to 8a.m if holidays & now i have change my habits after many courage & support from my relatives & now i have a better skin also my lifestyle feels a lot better after i sleep for 6hours to 8hours..SO i hope u will change your lifestyle b'cuz it's not good for ur body health🙄..

Hi! My tzone area is really oily. And usually acnes appear on my forehead and chin, blackheads and some acne on my nose. Even some acnes are on my SCALP! I usually pop my acnes, but now I regret. I remember i change my pillow twice a week Also a tip from a French skin care specialist- DO NOT wash your face morning & night you are over washing it, that is removing natural oils on your skin & striping your skin of natural oils hence causing acne. At night use a cleanser in the morning use micellar water or a warm face cloth. Also a beauty secret my Mother swears by-two times a week do a salt rise, get a bowl of hot water put two tsp of salt rise ten times empty, refill with warm water two tsp of salt rise ten times empty, & last but not least refill with cold water two tsp of salt & rise ten times.

I don't really have serious acne problem, but lately because of the extremely humid weather I have developed a lot of acne. The worst part is i change my pillowcases every 3rd day, don't pop my pimples, apply sunscreen and have all other good habits that you mentioned, but still EVERY zit on my face ends up leaving marks. I am so tired of this struggle. The worse part is I get one pimple and people start making hurtful jokes about it which adds to my emotional stress. Help!

I stopped using my facial wash (cetaphil) and my acne subsided, because apparently washing my face 2 times a day was way too harsh on my skin. So now, I only use micellar water to wash my face and only use my facial wash 1-2 times a week. The cause of your acne might be your current skincare regime. Maybe this could help😊
My habits and skincare were okay but in the end, my dermatologist helped me achieve clear skin. :D I was really on top of my acne routine but I guess it was time to let a professional step in! I’m really thankful because after many years of having this horrible teenage acne, it’s finally going away and I can finally do that glass skin makeup I have always wanted to do. It’s only been a month or two, but my skin has cleared up so much. I feel so much better about myself. Acne was always taking a big toll on my self-esteem. At some point, I deemed myself unfit to live because I was so ashamed of my acne and my skin. I’m glad to say that I am no longer feeling hopeless and down.
