I’m sure I’m not the first one to inform you. However Dampening is the amount of load the spring absorbs rather than just bouncing something right back. More dampening = more absorb (too much and it will be strange) Less dampening = more rebound (if set to 0 then the spring will rebound with great strength)
The problem with that rebound test was that you put the damper all the way up. The damper slows the compression/expansion of the spring, so you would've wanted to set that to zero.
Feels like it was recorded in an a hurry or something, it really shows in the video.. No need to rush so much man, it's not worth pushing out videos like this.

You should place the spring in a way so that if you take 2 semi's. And try to drive the two semi's into the spring at the same time, to see if it is strong enough.
If you use the one time landing spring then you can make a scenario where you are running from the cops and you jump onto the spring and lans safely while the cars chasing you crash
