It would be cool if you added effects to voices so it sounds like e.g. over radio when it comes from ships. Also sometimes the dialog sounds just.... bland. Trend sounds half asleep sometimes, needs more intonation to their speech. Other than that, amazing stuff
About problems. I know, but I have "internal producer" in my head. Like Gollum and Smeagol. You can call him "internal Bobby Kotick". He tolds me "we need to reach 13 mission progress with current state of quality". About space voices. This is manual job, what I can do after 13th mission. Anyone can help me to implement radio noice any time, but I have no helpers for this job. It's need to really work hard to implement it. But other people want to play and relax. I am already too much "work hard" for project. And my internal producer tolds me "it's enough for this moment, at least it playable, we come back to this problem later". And another example. Darcy and Warwish in this scene is AI-generated and waits for real voice. No any sence to waste time on this right now

Ah i see, that explains it if it was AI generated :/ I guess it's not very good at making speech feel more "alive" just yet Yeah the radio effect should just be doable inside Audacity, you can apply it then to all audio files from space Again, still, outstanding work! I don't know if anyone else is doing this kind of thing with FREELANCER
@@ZadakLeader I use GoldWave , because only this redactor can make correct FL audio files. I tried to add noice, but this is not enough for best result - need to modify voice itself. Missions already requires too much production time and I think "you're can live with not perfect cutscenes and not perfect audio in space". For this time I want to accomplish missions and implement my new ideas in Open World. Python-generated-ideas, that's spoiler. My main mind is not "how make it better". Main idea is "how make it with current quality and yet more faster and avoid current problem in balance and gameplay". I don't want to do this mod until end of my life If someone can help me with audio files - that will be awesome.
I love that you made the Nomad Airlocks open whenever your ship is in close proximity to them. I have never seen that feature in other Freelancer mods.
Treewyrm did this awesome door with working animation. I have my special workaround. Door is scripted and just respawns with activated start animation. This animations works forever and never ands. Just freezes at the end frame. Same with my extend wing animation on every player/npc ship model. Sad moment: that possible only in Single Player. But at least we can create awesome single player mission :-)
Well I can definitely agree that this custom Single Player Mission looks awesome and solid. Definitely one of the best custom missions I've seen for this game.@@MatrixSektor

@@eagle-vulture2463 ну я на самом деле просто летал на рейнландском крейсере по логову. на круизе))) так что был некий опыт) хотя я думаю мельница от такого крейсера скорее бы сама остановилась. Проверять я это конечно не буду) Но в теории логово (не это, другое) будет доступно в открытом мире. Ну или ты сам можешь проверить)
@@eagle-vulture2463ну формально ты можешь использовать текущее логово номадов. у меня оно в открытом мире есть. в него можно телепортнуться и там шлюзы работают как покоцанные джампгейты. только надо будет сделать сейв с крейсером
Тут использован классический японский геймдизайн. Сначала игрокам будет показан спокойный отрезок, в котором будет явно видно, что все проходы идут через местные туннели. И есть мельницы. А вот на убегательстве все будет тоже самое, только на овердрайве. Если будет что-то не сильно ясно, то я покажу вейпоинтом. Но каждый раз лепить вейпоинты - загадишь весь визуал
