Man get some headphones literally nobody wants to hear YOUR music it's inconsiderate more concered with ones own pleasure than others quiet enjoyment of being outside. It sounds tinny af through a phone and not everyone likes that genre or even if they do they might not be in the mood to hear it
If you prepare marathon you prepare marathon. If you run 10 km in 28:00 and run 2:14 marathon that means you are not marathoner. You didn't prepare. It is a ridiculos idea.

Only got a minute in, spent the next half hour listening to Jet Airliner on repeat.
You could see and hear the disappointment in his voice. Valencia has to be one of the deepest fields!! Running is a humbling sport. Stay strong Ed!!
