    Ingredients:
    1.1/4 liter milk
    2. 1 tablespoon corn flour
    3. Sugar (as per taste)
    4. 1/3 cup milk powder
    5. 2 ripe mangoes
    6. Butter paper
    7. Ice pop sticks
    Instructions:
    Preparing the Milk Mixture:
    a) In a saucepan, mix 1/4 liter of milk with 1 tablespoon of corn flour and sugar according to your taste preferences.
    b) Add 1/3 cup of milk powder to the mixture and ensure there are no lumps.
    Heat the mixture on low heat while stirring continuously until it thickens to a custard-like consistency.
    c) Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
    Assembling the First Layer:
    a)Pour the cooled milk mixture into ice pop molds, filling them halfway.
    b) Insert ice pop sticks into each mold and cover them with butter paper to hold them in place.
    c) Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze overnight.
    Preparing the Mango Juice:
    a) Peel and dice two ripe mangoes and add them to a blender.
    b) Optionally, add a bit of sugar to enhance sweetness.
    c) Blend until smooth, ensuring the mango puree is thick in consistency.
    Assembling the Second Layer:
    a)Once the first layer has frozen overnight, remove the molds from the freezer.
    b)Carefully pour the mango puree over the frozen milk layer in each mold to create the second layer.
    c) Re-insert the ice pop sticks into the molds, ensuring they are centered.
    d) If desired, add another layer of mango puree on top of the second layer for extra flavor.
    e) Cover the molds with butter paper and return them to the freezer.
    Freezing the Popsicles:
    a)Allow the popsicles to freeze overnight or until completely solid.
    b) Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running warm water over the outside of the molds.
    c) Serve and enjoy the refreshing two-layered mango ice popsicles!
