If it is still not working and you do not have an Ethernet or the ethernet itself is also not working, download the driver manually on another system or mobile device and then transfer it to your laptop for installation

If its still not working press trouble shoot then as he said do after a option will come error and in down reboot option press reboot after 5 minutes it will shutdown and then window will open again and see the network there will be network

For me it says Ethernet and Ethernet 3 and then when I click all adapters it says Ethernet maybe broken or not connected even tho we never had an Ethernet for our PC

I noticed that you have WiFi in the 4 options after the troubleshoot step... I only have 3 options(Ethernet, Bluetooth network connection and all network adapters.. WiFi isn't there)
