JB is a good QB, but more than that, he is a great leader on the field and in the locker room. I have over 30 years experience in developing leaders and teams in the military and the energy industry and I look for traits that JB has to raise up leaders to take my teams the distance. He celebrates everyone's accomplishments on and off the field and does not boast upon himself. Those traits go a very long way. Egotistical team members, although they may be charismatic, ruin team dynamics.

Jacoby should go to Dallas it would be a perfect fit give the Colts a 4th rounder then put Jacob as backup then Jacoby can start for the cowboys and the Colts get a 4th rounder

I think the colts need a new qb to restart their franchise. Sure rivers seemed like a good option to train Jacob eason but it eason isn't it then they should look to draft a new qb rather then trying to trade for wentz or Matt ryan
Jacoby's biggest problem was his lack of willingness to throw the ball deep. It was all short passes or check downs and after awhile teams caught on and just sat on routes. If he coulda/woulda took more shots and kept defenses a little more honest I think he'd still be our starter. That's just my opinion.
Think it’s funny how the Colts addressed all the weaknesses they had in 2019 when Jacoby started in the 2020 draft and sign a turnover machine who has zero mobility to a monster contract. What I would have given to see him start this season before the injuries plagued the skill positions again. Also, defense and special teams single handedly lost them a majority of their games in 2019. I don’t blame the Colts for signing a new QB but at the same time why Rivers? @@Levi-wb1vf career failure must be a high bar since literally everyone thinks Phil is probably In the Hall of Fame just from his regular seasons alone
@@ilngsisfh Phil’s a career failed because he never had a solid all around team with him
Or you have a chance to grab a HOF QB. Stop race baiting
Colts fans remember season is not over Jacoby May still need to come and save the season not saying they will Bench Rivers just saying if Rivers has a injury and unable to play their your shot
Some of you reciting stats like you are skip bayless. Shut up and sit down. J.B. is a back up period. And the money he's making to be #1 cheerleader for our guys is great but i hope he doesn't get any playing time. I don't want to watch our boi's struggle and lose. And nobody turned thier back's on him. Over 20 mill proves that. You know it and i know it, we would already be out of playoff contention if he was starting. Hell we would have seen Eason already. This season would be a mess. Old man Rivers? I've seen his play, I've seen enough to puke. I've also seen him knock us around and out the playoffs a couple times. Lets be real. River's is playing his best football with a top 5 defense. I know i know he had some good teams in S.D. He should have a ring by now. But he don't. I hated river's his whole career until he came to Indy. I thought this was gunna be a mess. But look at em. They winning! Have not beat anybody that great other then (puke) G.B. and Derrick Henry but hey. We gunna see with Pitt. Had a couple bad losses too but its a long season. Here's to Philip and the boi's winning it all! #1 COLTS FAN up in Washington state! Lets go COLTS!
Brissett would be better than Rivers 🤷🏻♂️
No
Lmao we’d of lost against Cincy with Jacoby.
Get rid of the music!
Something like this
Huh
Jacoby May get a chance to be the Colts starting QB it all depends on free agency 2021 if he doesn’t get the paid day he is looking for the Colts will resign him for a one year deal 7.5-11 million year next year teams will have to cut back on cap space that may either be good or bad for Jacoby wish him the best!
Ill never blame jacoby for the 2019 season. I’ll put that on the quitter Andrew luck and the coaches and gm bc they should of cut vinny after week one .
Agreed vinny put atleast 3 L on our record last year
Luck retiring because the line died doesn’t make him a quitter
@@Levi-wb1vf as much as i respected his decision he quit on his team. he told his teammates & media he was felling the best he had his whole life and then decided to quit without telling anyone really anyone
@@garrettburkle8401 your joking right? He had told the team weeks in advanced. And of course he said that. He isn’t gonna say no I feel bad ima retire before he’s ready.
@@Levi-wb1vf he didn’t have the mental toughness to continue. Brissett played well considering all the crap that happened that year
Better than baker mayfield
Ok Mayfield is struggling but no

Hi
Dual threat!!!???? Bwahaha
He was the slowest black QB I have ever seen. His 40 was slower than Peyton Manning
I would rather loose with briset that win with rivers
I’d rather you learned to spell
