Outstanding presentation. I'm on the edge of replacing or rebuilding and this thorough break down has given me the tools to move forward. Thanks for your help!

This is the best video out there showing disassembly and reassembly of this pressure reducing valve. It gave me the confidence and knowledge to safely take my LF 25AUB Z3 PRV apart to clean it out and put it back together again. Thanks for an excellent video.
Oddly, my valve had the red-squiggly-lined side of the diaphragm facing up towards the head of the adjusting screw. Since it came that way from the factory I didn't flip it, but I think your video is correct and mine was upside-down from the factory.

Thanks for the video really great! Question mine came with two o rings. Do they both go on the main water side ? Or do I use just one and the other one goes some where else?

What is your recommendation if leaking from the port with the screen?

Hi Robert, likely the o-ring is damaged. If you contact a plumbing local supply shop they should have a repair kit available for you.

A pressure relief valve in the upstream direction taking effect at 2 pound? Strange.. It will take no effect until the downstream pressure exceeds the upstream pressure by 2 pounds. Next, in Norway, this pressure will meet a check valve and in fact end nowhere.
