Yeah
You might want to add something though, like ground flax seed, or Chia seeds, to replace the fibre that's been removed in juicing process, and add back protein otherwise your just eating pure sugar, literally pure sugar water. major insulin spike in every bite. Fibre cuts carb uptake by it's own weight ie. 7 grams of fibre reduces the absorbable carbs by 7g and slows the insulin spike process which is obviously better way to not get / manage diabetes...
Chia is awesome, would make it a bit more chewy texture I would think, it does when I add it to my bread dough
2tbsp Chia has
100 good calories
6g of healthy fats
7g fibre!
3g protein!
0 sugars
And, only 1 net carb.
That's a lot of goodness in 2 tbsp. :)
