I sold my 1989 silverado when I was 20 to buy my wife a ring to propose. 10 years later I sang my 1 1/2 year old son to sleep singing this song to him. Life is weird sometimes.

My grandfather passed in April. He loved his 1500, he bought it off the lot in ‘07. What great memories I have in that truck. This song so perfectly embodies the legacy of that truck! God bless.

I was a little kid when my dad brought home an 84' he bought brand new off the lot. I grew up in that truck, learned how to drive in it, and picked up the first girl I ever took out on a date in it. He drove it until 2011 when he finally decided to get a new one. I bought it from him, drove it around for a few years, and now I'm doing a frame off restoration on it to get it back to how it was when it came off the lot brand new. This song is awesome.

Grandpa left me a 1983 Chevy Silverado and I will never sell it. I remember him taking my dad, sister, and I out to the ranch to go hunting and we’d all cram in the bench seat. Hoping to do that with my kids someday.
My silverado has been down for about seven months. I've had it since I was a sophomore in high school (I'm in college now) . I had a for sale sign on it until I heard this song, this song made me realize and remember that my silverado has given me way to many memories and let me burn out and mud out some pretty hard times. I had a 2007 Chevy Silverado that I got at 15. Had it until I was 28. It Saw all of high school and carried a lot of friends. Unfortunately Saw some of them get buried to. Carried my brother when I left for the military then saw me come home then saw me date and eventually get married. Saw me and my wife buy a house and it saw Covid-19 and the hard times that came with it. With All of that it became a part of me. I loved it but as time went on and money got tight as it will in life here and there it needed to go and bless someone else. This song brought that home for sure.

My father bought the 2002 Silverado brand new when it came out. I thought he was a super hero not knowing how much debt he went into to get it. Worked a 9-5 for 11 years while we kept that truck. Took us everywhere back and forth and ten more times. Passed it down to my brother who ended up totaling it in 2016 and i remember I hated my brother because it was supposed to be mine after I came home from the Army. My brother passed away almost two years ago, driving his own Silverado and I miss my dude so much. Just sitting here in my 2021 Silverado thinking to myself how funny life really is. Some trucks are really priceless. Started with my father and the legacy lives for my brother. Nothing like a man and his truck.
I have to honestly say when I first heard about Mr. Morgan I was a believer. Hearing this song brings me back memories of my 68 Chevy that I had a sale so that way I can start my new family it was the best damn pick up truck I had for 15 years but it was well worth it I’m now married for over 22 years. Keep up the good work young man you’re going places and with the good Lord by your side and those lyrics are pouring out you sir I can see you in the near future being male entertainer of the year entertainer of the year and even one day Hall of Famer. You and Luke Combs saved country music in the 2020s thank God somebody finally woke up

This song is me right now, I’m the wild eyed teenage kid. Just got my now passed neighbors 2005 Silverado and this song makes me think of him as well as the girl on my mind. Never before has a song been so freaky realistic to the situation I’m in at the moment and is the exact reason I live Morgan and his music. My Dad bought a 1990 Silverado when I was a kid. When gas prices hit 5$ a gallon he sold it in the mid 2000s. One day when I was 16 we were driving down the road and he heard the truck, (he was a mechanic for 20 years and did custom work to the truck). We drove up to it and it has a for sale sign on it. 8 years later it was back home. And his Angels hat was still stuck in the back underneath the seat. 8 years later we got both back and I drove it for another 8 years. Best time of my life. Now he has it again and drives it around Oklahoma.

I haven't seen a country artist blowup this big and transcend country since Garth Brooks. Morgan is such a huge talent. I sure hope he stays true to country music and his fans. It will be soul crushing if he sells out and goes the flashy pop route. Aldean has had the success and loyal base one because of the music, but more because he never strayed from what got him so far. I have paid to see Morgan live twice. I love his music, but wanted to support him as a big F... You to the left and cancel culture. They will never support who he is, I sure hope he knows that.
