I believe the G is actually a G6/11 which is basically the shape of a C with the middle and ring moved a string up. 320010.

This is just the progression there is also a hammer on for the second string on the g, aswell as some Open string shit on the final two strums of the F. Essentially lifting the bar on the two high strings

Well the f is played as the bar chord f

This is actually the same shape as the barred F chord, I’m just playing the Low E 1st Fret with my thumb ☺️🤙🏽
