Oh love to hear from you mate. Let the Luther adventures begin again🙏 Same young at heart boy we knew but perhaps a bit wiser. Stay safe out there Luther. Cheers, Theo.
You haven't lost your touch Luther, your videos are so relaxing that it feels like I'm out there with you. So glad to see you back and look forward to experiencing more of your adventures.
Such a nice surprise for Friday! It's been so long... I still remember some of the much older adventures, along with Oliver, Atua, Orion, Alec and a few more. It feels as if everything before the 2020 craze happened ages ago. Stay safe out there, especially on the road.
You're right, it does feel so long ago. I guess we were all at the age where big change was coming regardless, and then 2020 really brought that into perspective! Happy to hear from you again!
So happy to see you filming again. I’ve enjoyed your channel since the beginning, back in your barefoot, adventuring days. Always loved your attitude, and was sorry to see you drift away for a while. You’ve come a long way. And the adventuring continues!
I grew up in the UK and was invited to to meet people across the country, this reminds me of times i was invited to camp in similar environments, despite not being able to live this harmony at a older age, I'm glad i lived it and see others like your self live a natural life in the wild for how ever short of a time we get to live it./ Nice one Luther
This video connected my memory with the adventures of your younger self, of course now with your mature outlook and with the addition of music that sets mood from contemplative to sweetly emotional. The scenery still has the same magic we experienced years ago. I’m grateful to that boy who taught me a lot about country life, nature, boxing, hobbies, veganism and photo/videography (and more.) Had I payed more attention I would be wiser now. Thanks for filling us about part of the transition from those days to these days. I didn’t know about what your foot went through and I’m glad it’s water under the bridge now. It was nice to hear from Freet again. Thank you for letting us accompany you in this synchronic and diachronic camping trip.
Can't believe it's been two years since I last watched one of your posts. How time flies by when you get all caught up living life. I was always a big fan and watched everything you did when you were posting regularly. As many have commented here your presentations have always had a very calming effect and from this adventure I see you haven't lost your touch. Promise to get caught up as it sounds like you've been a very busy young man. I did some motorbike camping in the day and very glad you are getting to enjoy that experience also. All the best my old friend and keep us posted, if you get my meaning. I've still got a signed postcard you sent out years ago. It brings back fond memories.
Its so good to have you back! I missed your Beautiful vids, and relaxing comentary. Looking forward to hearing all the stories. Sending thankfulness and love Luther. 💜
That was funny you were in California literally two hours from where I live. This was a great video. I still wear Freets thanks to you. I hope your reset helped you. Take care.
Thank you, it was nice to tag along on an adventure again. Thank you as well for the idea of a good shoe. My friends who ride often wear a bright yellow safety vest with reflective X on front and rear just to be more visible. It's amazing how people in cars just don't see you. Best of luck and happy adventuring. The music was awesome as well.
You motorbike is awesome. I had one too as soon as I was old enough to ride . That wonderful sense of freedom and independance it gives is unbeatable. The Dartmoor scenery is really breathtaking and so nice to see you wild camping. That was a really beautiful tree.💚
It's so good to see an upload from you Luther. I've missed the happy calmness that you bring through your videos. Thanks for giving us a glimpse into what's been going on in your life.
Well, well, well - the 'old school' Luther travel/exploration video has made its long-awaited return! Such easy watching and it’s great to hear about your other ventures, I hope they’ve been as fulfilling as your adventurous soul would have hoped. I would’ve commented on your music stuff but you released it when I was myself camping and then I had to revise for my final uni exams which I’ve just completed... I look forward to giving the lyrics a little analysis, as I’m sure, knowing you, they wouldn’t have been written purely for their popular appeal. But anywho, it’s generally great to see you keeping up your humble, creative and outdoorsy flair - hope to see some more soon 💭📚🎵
Thank you for the update! It reminded me of being grateful for the right to roam in Sweden. A privilege that should not be taken for granted, but often is. What a beautiful landscape the moor is, and great captured!
So glad to hear from your nature-adventurer self again. I've been following you since "kid adventures". I aspire to have your view on life, your calm good vibes are a thing to admire really. I dont usually comment on videos, but for real your content (music, videos, photos) help me remember to love life. I wish to see you here in Argentina someday. Cheers
Wonderful to see you again, see you getting older but still with this feeling for wonderful everyday adventures as you had in your boyhood already… nice that you do try to get most our of your life. ❤
You haven't lost your touch at all, Luther! What a tremendously encouraging and interesting video. You still have a bond with the land, and the hills and streams in that area are heartbreakingly beautiful. It's a hard thing, to be limited to just a few trails, and the Native Americans never thought they should (morally) have one person own so much property. They really don't have a right to do that. I could understand the anger of picking up garbage left behind, and there are those that do that. I couldn't even force myself to litter on the land: especially one as charming as this one. You're the only one that has shown me the beauty of Cornwall (and I think Bristol) Once you visited it, it would be impossible to leave, without leaving a part of the soul in the trees and the fields. The Tor was unimaginably breathtaking. Thank you so much for this, Luther.
a quick little tip for shifting: you don't need to pull the clutch in all the way. i normally just use my index and middle finger, pull it till it touches my other 2 fingers and release it. it makes it a lot less jerky and quicker (: glad to see you back Luther.
Yooooooooo bro thank you for the upload. You seem calm and well, got your things together and been adventuring etc etc. Fr tho take your time you got a lot going on. I look forward to more content, we missed you. Keep well!
So happy to see an upload Luther. As much as I seriously enjoy the sincerity and warmth of your videos, I actually find it refreshing that you don’t upload or feel the need to update ALL the time, It shows you’re really just living in the moment for yourself and creating when YOU feel inspired, not forcing it for the sake of an upload. ☺️ I hope to see your music on Spotify or apple one day! I think I am following you on Spotify? 🤔 unless it’s some rando who made a fake account 😂 but if you ever are able to get your songs on there I will know for sure lol.
Thanks Amaya! I'm aiming to draw more inspiration from myself and make better projects - especially now that I have a lot more spare time and am in quite an optimal and lucky position to focus on new things. And that might be me on Spotify! I have one song on there called Bluets. Another one coming at the beginning of next month. Appreciate you and take care!!
Good to hear! look forward to seeing all the different ways you explore creatively with your next projects. I do really like Bluets 👌🏻, didn’t realize it was on your Spotify though! And a new song!? How exciting I will definitively give it a listen.
I do motorcycle trips too and when I get somewhere and want to walk around. I don’t want to wear my boots. Tennis shoes are huge to pack. Actually I think the freets will be easier to pack. With all the bike channels I’m getting tips from the young filmmaker!? 😄
This is a really really good video!! Just amazing. Great job, Luther!! I really miss you but I believe we can meet soon somewhere around the world, and at that time let's take the collaboration video. My best!!
You always combine your life updates with some hikes or adventures, in other words, with some action. As a result, they are so interesting to watch. They are informative, fun, and, as always, thought-provoking. And I love the fact that you now have your own music that you can use in videos. I guess it makes your videos more yours, you know :) It's so sad to hear about your foot injury. Did it heal completely? Are you able to run now? And I'm also curious about your choice of University. What motivated you to apply to Minerva specifically? Did you have some particular reason(s)? Or did you just try a bunch of various higher education facilities? Anyway, take care, and best wishes, Luther! P.S. Spider is magnificent :)
Thanks for watching Andrew :) my foot is back to normal now so yes, I can run as much as I like thankfully! I might make a video about Minerva - it was the only university I applied to! Great to hear from you.
Lovely video Luther! I've been loving my barefoot shoes from the company Wildlings, and I've been interested in trying Muki shoes. I've also been very interested in finding barefoot, minimalistic, or anatomically shaped shoes that are vegan and plastic free if anyone knows of some or has recommendations.
I just had a look at Wildings and Muki and I love that they're focussed on their materials and footprint. That's something I'd love to see more shoe companies pay attention to. Next time I need to buy some new shoes I'll consider them!
sry i missed this! ive been in rehab. have you gotten drunk yet? >< i know it’s not my business but but if u and ur friends did any tripping i wonder what’s your opinion on intoxicants? happy roaming old friend.

I do need to be more consistent wearing hi-vis -- I always have one in my bag, just forget to put it on!
Oh I missed you so much! Been watching you years ago, decided to check in on you, glad you're doing great! Keep up the good stuff!

Devonshire and the River Avon. Old Country, as old as the earth.
