Aaj maine dead pixel test kiya toh mujhe 1 permanent dead pixel mila and 3 pixel ese hai jinmai ek color aate hain but baki nai.. jaise 1 pixel blue and red emit karta but green and white nahi. Same goes with one more pixel jismai red, green white emit hota but blue nahi kya karu sir mai
Aap fir bhi yeh issue highlight kare.. Technician ayega toh use bhi dikhaye.. Pure paise de rahe ho toh ham kyu kuch bhi chala le.. Aap sab kuch properly record kar lijiye and mail me daal de unko.. Dekho kya reply aata hai..

Nahi bhai bilkul nahi..agar aap ekdum sure ho toh jab screen bleed ho uska 1 video record kar lijiye aur return request place kar dijiye.. Technician visit karega toh usse bhi dikhaye aksar jab woh visit karta hai tab screen proper chalti hai...toh aap for safety record kar lijiye.. aur IPS Panel me aksar svcreen tone greyish dikhta hai... kyuki usme contrast ki kami hoti hai.. toh aap use pehle sari tarah se test kijiye 2 days tak fir hi koi decision lijiye...

Screen bleed toh nahi hoti.. but night scenes me grey effect aata hai..VA Panel me black ekdum behtarin hote hai but waha viewing angles compromise hote hai.. toh dono k apne advantages and disadvantages hai.. But yes anytime IPS is better agar apka hall kafi bada hai and waha light jyada hai and if you use in bedroom toh IPS is the best..

Next step ab yeh kijiye ek mail draft kare aap.. Usme sab kuch mention kijiye order ID kya tha.. Kab technician ne visit kia tha.. Uska ID kya tha name kya tha uska.. Kya communication hui.. Sara kuch detail me para wise ek formal mail ki starting kar de aap.. Aur mail roj kariye follow up ka.. Proper bill ki copy.. Screenshot jo apko lagane hai.. Msg k screenshot sara kuch.. Bhale apko thoda time lage mail drafting me but this is important.. Mail send kar dijiye aap iss ID par - grievance.officer@flipkart.com.. Muje update kariye aap kya hota hai aage.. Don't panic process follow kijiye and have patience..

Most important difference is the Panel between 7500 and 7720. Based on comments all over internet,looks like 7500 ships with VA panel (90%). Whereas 7720 ships with IPS panel. You may also try to buy equivalentmodel of 7720 called 7740 at offline stores. 7740 (IPS) comes with headphone out which is not available in 7720.
rightly said and the main thing that disappoints me with LG is the customer care don't share which panel will be shipped even when we purchase. So there is no clarity that which panels type would be delivered but certainly it would be VA Panel in online models. in a nutshell LG needs to be clear and more detailed in their specifications

I suggest to buy up8000 in offline store to get a better discount i got it 53500 dont buy samsung crystal tv 8000 series i hand compared both side by side playing same video .compared to samsung lg has a good viewing angles and better color reproduction

This is the point wherein LG plays a lot.. I confirmed with the LG technician on customer call and to my surprise even they don't know which panel it has.. They say that sometimes LG uses IPS and even VA there is nothing fixed. For you I would suggest go to offline shop and yourself see the panel only then you can make out. Check the TV in complete brightness and change your angle of viewing and see if the picture quality is dull or somewhat proper. If the picture is bright and even the quality is good so that is IPS panel or else VA Panel.. Don't rely on the stores sales person they can misguide you.. Just trust your research and select the model.. If anything is needed let me know..

Let me break this step by step ki aapko kya milega dono TV me: 1. Sony X74 me you will get 16GB Storage whereas in LG you will get 8GB 2. Sony is Android so if you want to enjoy the apps then Sony is the best or if that is not the case then LG WebOS seems good. 3. After Sales service Sony ka best hai tabhi unke models ki price thodi jyada hoti hai, they want to save their reputation so any time Sony wins here. 4. For Sound I would suggest you not to expect much from any TV as agar apko thoda bhi cinematic exerience chaiye then you can go wtih buying a Soundbar or even a Hometheatre but would be a great option. 5. For Spare parts woh toh fluctuate hote rehta hai and you can judge them at any point of time I was having an LG LED TV at my office which was bought at 28000 and uska picture tube kharab hua toh muje cost 18500 bataya and that too only 3 months company warranty I scrapped the TV. So better hai aap additonal warranty le lo usme sare parts cover ho jayenge aur atleast apko achi neend ayegi raat ko. 6. For ports Sony me you will get 3XHDMI Port and 2XUSB Port and in LG you will get 1XUSB Port and 2XHDMI Port yaha bhi LG is lagging behind. Conclusion: Go with Sony and take additional warranty as well its overall alround TV for you. Hope you are clear now.
