    Another great video, Willem! I really enjoyed hearing the two different perspectives on the approach to upgrades (one from the partner side and one from the customer). Jerry is definitely a Rising Star. Thanks for bringing them on! It's interesting to see the whole "Patch 1" strategy sort of play out differently as ServiceNow starts to drop Patch 1 when the release becomes Generally Available (GA), instead of it dropping about a month later.

      Yes, it is time to revise the default patch 1 approach. Have a clear understanding when it is ready for your company to do to production and use the tools available to validate.

      This is really GREAT!! I wish I knew about this channel sooner, but I’m subscribed now!! I love hearing the upgrade experiences and perspectives from both sides (partner / customer) and the upgrade tips. I’ll definitely be implementing the use of Instance scans for upgrading. I write a ton for scripting to control some of my more rogue new(er) developers and the table checkers to manage our tables but hadn’t considered using it as part of my upgrade process. Thank you for sharing this!!
