I’m pretty sure this guy was selling drugs to stay afloat since he wasn’t working. Neighbors said the cops were over twice a month too. Some people are just garbage.
@@ChrisDrummondAWYeah, there are some absolute lowlifes for renters out there. It’s not their property, so they do whatever they want to it. Your house is bad, but definitely seen a lot worse. Hope you got a good lawsuit against them and can recover some funds from them. Been through this enough times to now be able to prevent this from happening much again. Good luck!
What a beautiful house. Makes me speechless that renters would rock it down in that kind of fashion and in that timeframe. Some peoples dumbness is beyond my imagination.
Hey chris please respond i got my tendon teared in the elbow my doc advised me to rest for 2 months when should i start my rehab and when can i come back and train specifically for armwrestling
We’ll surely get a favorable judgment but that doesn’t mean we’ll see a dime. By statute they owe us 3 months of rent and the damage and excessive cleaning blows the security deposit so we’ll keep that too and anything on top is what’s in question. Hopefully we don’t have to replace the carpet.

I would trust the doctor and start rehab when you’re healed up after a couple months. I can’t really comment beyond that.
