Celebrating Excellence: Brissa Ocana - Scholarship Recipient Highlight

We interviewed Brissa Ocana, first-generation college student at Chico State. Last year, she was given one of seven awards from the Ethan McCoy Memorial Scholarship Fund here at NVCF. The fund was made in honor of 10-year old Ethan McCoy and the nurses at his aid before he passed away of brain cancer in 2020. Brissa talks with us about her medical journey and what's inspired her to pursue a career in nursing.
