Just be careful because some photographer's work is very "enhanced" Or they will say come up in September! Follow my blog for accurate info or as accurate as I can make it.
I always have to explain to people who go to New England that the foliage is literally everywhere. Down every Main Street, in parks or in an ordinary neighbourhood. So, yes, the roads, such as the Mohawk trail or the Kanc, you can get an astonishing amount of trees grouped together, but there are breathtaking colours around every corner and down every byway!
You want to find a place with lots of sugar maples. Can't beat their blazing oranges and reds. Especially on a sunny day after 2:00 pm when the lambent light is coming in at a low angle and making everything glow.
Ive been wanting to visit Vermont , New Hampshire and Maine during fall season. I know im going to have a good time. If only i lived nearby these places i will also be chasing the fall colors.
Sure, the lakes are cool but warmer than the Atlantic (in general) I would say a 3mil suit. But in the winter? a dry suit will be needed. I have a friend who is a dive master/instructor if you have more technical questions.
Amazing, love the colors! Our colors this year in Indiana were late this year. Here is a clip of Indiana from 2018: ua-cam.com/video/G7Ric7AFwLE/v-deo.html
*Aside from Greece, I've always dreamed of going to Vermont. It always looks so incredibly beautiful on TV & in photos.* 🍃 🍂 🌿 🍁 🍃
