Haven’t tried the Roar V2 however, I have tried the 1080 and they’re very good! That doesn’t mean much though as I still haven’t tried the Roar V2! The Winflo is a great shoe though and well worth the money!
Personally I much prefer the Winflo! The 9 is great and I think Winflo is comfier than Pegasus! The 10 is out now however if you can get the 9 for a cheap price then 100% do that 👌
I’ve done about 400 miles in mine so far and they’re holding up great! I’ve got an old pair of Winflo 7s that easily have over 700 miles on them and you can barely tell!
The traction on these for me were better than Jordan 36s and Lebron 19s. They didn’t slip a bit when playing basketball on an outdoor court, and even in an indoor court. They have a really loud high pitch sqeak too.
That’s awesome! Didn’t think of these as a basketball shoe but great to know they perform well!! Also why is shoes squeaking on a court just the best sound? 👂
Yeah pretty much a budget Pegasus! Same outsole. I find the Winflo slightly comfier though and probably prefer it to the Pegasus! You can easily rack up big miles in these
@@BobThomasUltra I am wondering if the upper is breathable in hot weather. I am on Boston10 now and starts to feel not that breathable in my 30 Degree Celsius up run this year.
You might want to go for something a little lighter then! I don’t have issues with them overheating. However, I live in the UK and it doesn’t get over 30°C very often so can’t comment above that heat. I know the Streakfly upper is super breathable however it’s a considerable step up in cost. It has great cushioning though and could easily be used to accumulate mileage.
Winflo 10 just came out! You might wanna review those now! First look at your review on the winflo 7 and you did really well! Looking forward on your review for the winflo 10!
Cheers Max, appreciate it! I’ve got a pair, just need a little more time to rack up some more miles in them and gather my thoughts then a review will be out very soon! Also got a pair of Pegasus 40s to compare 👀
I think we should have 2 shoes, this one for dry days, and another one more adequate for rainy days. What would you say? I already bought a Nike Downshifter and found out that to go out in rainy days with it is incredibly dangerous...
Yeah I find it difficult to find a road shoe with enough traction for rainy days but I'm sure there's one out there! On Runnig Cloudflow has pretty good traction in the wet! I've never tried the Downshifter but that's good to know that the traction isn't the best!
I got the revolution 6 for everyday training for 40€ and i got the zoom fly 5 for race days at 90€ i found them both on last size i think i got them for a really good price
Hey, I'm not good at talking to you. I have a question. Is it new for walking today and gym exercises? I'm a bit confused about it and about Adidas Supernova 2.
So this shoes is good for the gym. It’s okay for walking but I would probably get something else cheaper if that’s what I was using it for. Unfortunately, I’ve never used the Supernova 2 so I can’t comment! I hope this helps!
Great review. The winflo series have been my favorite since the 4. You'll probably like the upcoming 10th version. It's the same midsole, but the upper is different. Maybe it'll be a downgrade or upgrade, but the 9 is good as it is.
I'm not 100% sure as I don't play badminton. However, someone mentioned that these are good for basketball and didn't mention any marking so hopefully they'll be fine 😃
@@gadgetsgiveawayforreals you could use them for 1500m. However, they're not the lightest shoe or the quickest. If you're looking for a shoe to run the fastest 1500m time I would look at something like the Streakfly.
@@BobThomasUltra bro that is more than thrice expensive, assuming steak fly and wapour fly next %2 to be hundred percent speed then what would be Nike winflo 9 in their comparison assuming them to be 100percent speed
Got some a few weeks ago, and they're unbearably squeaky, every time I move in them on any surface. Did I just get a bad pair or is this a common issue? Any known fixes?
I haven’t had this issue at all. I had a pair of the 7s and they started to squeak after about 500 miles. How many miles have you done in them? Maybe they just need a bit more time to break in
Okay I’d give them a few more miles. I broke my in fully after about 30ish miles. I mention it in the video. I broke mine in really quick as I was in a heavy training block when I bought them so put over 50 miles on them in 4-5 days so possibly skipped right over the squeaking phase! I’d give them at least 50 miles and then if no better contact Nike
I got them and love them
Listened to you. Got one.
Amazing, hope you love them!
In your opinion, which running shoe is more recommended between the Nike Winflo 9 and New Balance Roar V2?
Haven’t tried the Roar V2 however, I have tried the 1080 and they’re very good! That doesn’t mean much though as I still haven’t tried the Roar V2! The Winflo is a great shoe though and well worth the money!
Yoo! It's been awhile good to see you 🤙
It’s been too long! Thanks for the welcome back! Much appreciated 🙏🙌🙏🙌🙏
When i run on other shoe my forefoot is paining after 7 days .plz tell me which i have to buy winflo 9 or pegasus 39?

@@BobThomasUltra thanks for sharing your suggestion 🎉
Ive heard from alot of people that the upper is very cheap and is not durable, but is that true? Like can it maybe last 500+ miles?
I’ve done about 400 miles in mine so far and they’re holding up great! I’ve got an old pair of Winflo 7s that easily have over 700 miles on them and you can barely tell!
Solid video brotha

I'm 6 ft tall, and I have a big size foot. What size do you wear?
Thanks Carlos! I'm 5ft 9 and wear a size 8 shoe.

It looks a budget Pegasus! Is the outsole same as Pegasus series? I am looking for a durable shoes for LSD only.

Thats a great price! Both great shoes and putting the every day mileage on the Revolution 6's to save the Zoom Flys is the way to go! 👐
For the money, I think they’re a win! Great price point for a running/workout shoe.
Yeah these are 100% a win! So much shoe for the price 🙌
