DDP was the heavyweightt WCW champ and held the intercontinental and tag team titles as well. He was inducted into the hall of fame for the WWE and he is most known for saving lives including his good friends Jake the Snake Roberts and Scott Hall. DDP even wrestled in AEW at the age of 64 where he put on a show and executed his patented world famous finisher the diamond cutter!
A true legend of wrestling he is one of the true good guys of the game!

@@liquidjackson7172 I definitely changed my diet up. I follow the calories in, calories out method. While diet is the biggest thing that will make you lose weight, the DDPY helped motivate me to move and not stay idle.

DDP is an angel on earth. Most of the wrestlers from the golden years (70's through early 2000's) are just genuinely great guys. Many just fell victim to the pitfalls of the lifestyle (hard drugs, PED's, painkillers) which eroded their spirits. DDP is a true warrior and survivor...and nothing better than giving back to his compadres with the gift of life.
DDP is a tough old man he barely sold Beau's death thumbs.

You mind me asking if you got the neuropathy from diabetes? I have done just about every medicine under the sun to try to help deal with the pain and just absolutely nothing works. Maybe try to give his program a shot?

He's one charismatic dude. He was, arguably, the face of WCW for a while. Only comparable to Sting and Booker T.
Notice there was no negativity as well. Scott Hall said DDP exhumes positivity and it’s infectious, if anyone can get you on the straight and narrow, it’s him. Seems like a good guy, without being a push over.
Professional wrestlers are all talkers. They are great at talking. It's part of their job.
So sad those kind of people need to retire so we can get a grasp of what they really are and enjoy it. I feel like like i've been stolen 20 years of DDP in my life. I've been following DDP since my high school classmate Nathan started it. I'm a disabled vet (occipital neuralgia) and have been wanting to start DDP Yoga. I'm down a lot and not moving so well lately and the weight gain isn't helping. Just overwhelmed. I love watching this guy, he's positive and does so much working toward solutions to his ailments! I have watched his program work. During my own journey, I have to have adjustments and massage along with infusions and multiple injections. I'm trying everything I can to get in better shape in all aspects of life. Next is mobility and weight. So glad to see he got some relief! It can be few and far between the breaks in pain and limitations but it's such a beautiful thing when it happens!

DDP is the greatest "worker" in wrestling period! He is so underrated, but he is so humble and a good person that he isn't bragging about what he does, he helps because he's just a kind human being.

@@everettgarrett4858 the wrestling company I help operate ended up with one of those rings and they were solid as a rock (WWEs rings were as well from my understanding and even caused knee injuries to the likes of Marc Mero and a few others) but personally I preferred our first ring it had a cannon in the middle so it helped with impact and was a bit softer and a bit easier on the back....

DDP is the man!! Saw this dude at a live event Seattle and by far was most impressed with his physic then the other wrestling stars... more than triple Hand triple H was in his prime at the time.
Love his voice. Gravelly and manly. Its like being at a family reunion and listening to all my great uncles telling stories from their growing up in the 60's. Loved this show. DDP is awesome.
Getting that much props from a legend like DDP, someone who you once idolized as a kid, would make me feel quite a sense of pride and accomplishment.
I love watching through this video and as he's talking you can see his shoulders dropping and becoming more relaxed and his moving his head a lot more as he talks. So impressive the difference muscle tension can make in how lively you look

The relief on his face is awesome. I had a two tier cervical fusion 4 months ago. I had no choice to get it. Degenerative disc on top of arthritis. Working constitution for 22 years was a bitch. Falling off of roofs multiple times and a some mma didn’t help. To see one of my all time favorite wrestlers feeling good is awesome. My surgery was the best decision I ever made. I was on the verge of suicide the way it affected me for years. Nerve pain and damage is anything to take lightly. God bless DDP. Awesome bio that he shared with us

I’m in NJ, and I have severe back pain every day. I have 8 years clean, and I don’t take anything for pain bc of my past. I’m a widowed single mom of two young kids, and I don’t know who to go to around the nj/ny/Philly area that does similar techniques to what you do, and that I can trust will help me… is there anyone you recommend in this area that does similar to you? Anything to help the pain, and help me keep up with my kids… I have scoliosis as well, it wasn’t awful when they found it, but I believe it may have gotten worse over time and two pregnancies… thank you so much for anyone you can recommend, and if you don’t know anyone it’s totally ok! I just figured I would ask!!! I could use a miracle to help my back, and you essentially do that for people, so anyone closer to me that can do the same would be amazing ❤️

anyone who watched WCW KNEW that DDP was easily one of the best on the mic/ talking in the ring in the whole of WCW. And now we know why. DDP has always been a SMOOTH cat man. Being a young Utah Jazz fan. We knew back in the 90's that malone was awesome. Stockton to malone honda! This is SUPER interesting. My old physical therapist asked me if I had watched videos like this yet. I told him I thought they were fake videos or something. But this is VERY interesting.

@@AndyNUA-cam The only thing that would be needed is a picture taken BEFORE and AFTER the hammering ... standing in front of a grid so you can actually compare / measure the improvement. It is visible most of the time, but a grid would make it "quantifyable".
