When I was younger I use to hear the elders say "Truly good music is hard to find!". I thought I understood what they meant. Now I do though. Now I understand that what they really meant wasn't that it's rare or not well known. No what they meant was truly good lyrics worth listening to,is most likely being deliberately suppressed as there are entities which do not want what those Lyricists are saying to be heard by the masses. No doubt Vinnie Paz is one of those Suppressed Artists!!!! Thankfully in this digital age we live in,it's significantly harder for them to do so with so many outlets for Artists now.
Fear and dread pulses down the spinel cords of Countless Generations of inheritance. Good times which inevitably creates weak scared and anxious men. Devoid of character bravery loyalty and honor, yet educated ironically aware of the Impending doom of the controlling class. Paradoxically aware of this unworthiness to lead has understandably demoralized their own. Highly educated yet still so entitled, weak, soft, untested, sheltered. Curiously created the conditions so bizarre and completely unnatural they forgot how to even debate and thus powerless to argue much less protect the continued justification to remain role models, leadership is not even debatable the change is Enevitable. Nothing will stop a mass awakening. This type of phenomenon manifests itself and has throughout history. We in fact live in an interesting time.

"We have to stop thinking that we must have military solutions To the problems we face in the world" Yeah "The solutions that we need are..." Picking up where we left off "...dealing of sickness, disease, and hunger Now that's fundamental If you want to end terrorism, you have to stop being terrorists Which is what war is" They told you World War II was a people's war Logic should have told them it was imperialist war 18 million served in the armed forces 10 million more overseas - that's enormous 25 million workers pay for war bonds All of the while people question why the war's on There was an undercurrent of reluctance There were under-publicized signs of resistance Hitler's Germany was unspeakable evil But let's discuss real quick what we did to people We opposed the Haitian revolution We turned Guam, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii into institutions Pretended to help Cuba win freedom from Spain This country's built on the blood of other people's pain Blacks is looking at anti-Semitism in Germany And saw the situation here was mirroring it perfectly We appeased Hitler all throughout the '30s Only years later we pretended we was worried Roosevelt was hesitant to be gritty And caused a resolution to be buried in committee The main interest was never to stop fascism But advancing imperialist interests of that prism Roosevelt ain't care about oppression of the Jews The power was the priority I'm telling you the truth Hitler not the reason that we entered the land Roosevelt was mad that we got hit by Japan Historians will tell you he provoked that shit He told lies in attempts to sugar coat that shit In '45 troops were jammed onto the Queen Mary The blacks were stowed down in the depths of the same ferry See there's a parallel you have to understand That they wanted them to fight but wouldn't treat them Like a man Industrial mobilization had a few divided The economic royalists denounced and derided The irony of victory was heavily a price The war ended 3 million men was in strike There's no peace in a world of capitalism Nazi eugenic techonomic rationalism The lesson was that war solved problems of control Regardless if it causes any problems for the soul The black revolt in the '50s came as a surprise It shouldn't have after we took so many of their lives You can't erase the memory of an oppressed people Reparation doesn't make it any less evil Some black folks joined the communist party Richard Wright spoke of disillusionment with the body The party was accused of exploiting black people Angelo Herndon felt everything was equal He was arrested they convicted for insurrection How the fuck it's insurrection I call it dissension Gave him 5 years when all he wanted was protection There was other black men that made the same connection Benjamin Davis defended Herndon as a savior Then Paul Robeson he only magnified the danger Harry Truman had to deal with the militant mood But how the fuck that gonna work when he a racist too In '54 they said they ended segregation 10 years later no changes Revolt was always minutes away about to bust Rosa Parks refused the black section of the bus The freedom riders were spreading across the nation They went to jail for marching and fighting discrimination FBI stood by, Justice Department stood by While civil rights workers were beaten, they just stood by 3 civil rights workers, 2 black and 1 white Arrested in Philadelphia, Mississippi one night They were released, beaten with chains and shot to death There were arrests made but it was not confessed The national government remained silent The president wouldn't defend blacks against violence Civil rights laws were passed but they were fraud Equality was enforced poorly or was ignored Martin Luther King's speech floored whoever heard it 5 years later he was targeted and murdered In '65 the Watts Riots burned into the streets The black man would no longer turn the other cheek The Black Panther Party scared Nixon But that did nothing to change his position A new black consciousness was born and still alive And that came from the will to survive This is the part where I would talk about Vietnam But me and Rugged Man we already made a song By the '70s distrust had spread across the nation Basic discontent political alienation 55, 000 died in the war of moral shame And then Watergate was added to the hall of pain The Watergate burglaries was rather complicated But in the end mostly all of them exonerated Nixon had CIA a G. Gordon Liddy Lie about the Democratic National Committee But eventually they all flipped on him And told the Senate that they had a lot of shit on him After that it was a swift and a sudden fall Nixon resigned before they could impeach the ball They got rid of Nixon but they kept the system His foreign policy still remains in position Corporate interests still remain in position His closest advisors remain in position Vietnam recession and unrest All adds up to a motherfucking mess After Watergate and Vietnam There was a deep economic insecurity in this world of ours Environmental deterioration took its toll A cultural violence upon the families took its toll Problems couldn't be solved without bold changes But no major party candidates proposed changes American political tradition held fast Urban communities turning into hell fast Black folks are bitterly disappointed with Carter Opposed federal aid the poor people didn't bother Reagan got elected and he built a military up A trillion dollars later And this motherfucker dummy up He cut benefits for the poor to get the money up Social security, disability went belly up Unemployment grew in the Reagan years 30 million people unemployed in the Reagan years Welfare became an object of attack Especially if you was latino or you was black I'm just scratching the surface of what was wrong We'll pick the conversation up in the next song To be continued... You can't be neutral on a moving train I told y'all before You can't believe everything that your teacher tell you Who is your teacher? Your teacher just learned what they was taught How do you know what they was taught was correct? Know what I mean? Dig into the real history of this country And the fact it was built on blood We gonna go around for a third time But for now I'm just blessing y'all with this one A continuation of the first You can't be neutral on a moving train Pazienza Howard Zinn thank you for teaching the people Rest in Peace It's Pazienza baby

You lost your mind!!! What good shit!? Everything they do is a ruse or a scam, an excuse to kill more people and profit off what’s left! That’s capitalism for you, fuck the USA can’t wait to see it burn like the wtc…. Another bs story there!
Since he took influence from Zinn, vinnie went from typical conspiracy theory to spitting a real class analysis of our political systems. His political development mirrors my own, I went from a confused kid falling for right wing conspiracy theories, to a more mature person who learned from rational analyses of our society. I learned that the system is the problem, these institutions aren't because of some satanic secret society, but from the Capitalist class and their ruthless pursuit of profits. Some people may say that Communism simply changes who you scapegoat, and on the surface it may seem that way. But when you actually look at what the ruling class does to project and perpetuate their hold on power, the economic warfare they wage all across the world, and the way we are treated on the daily, it's nearly impossible for a rational thinking person to not see them as the rightful people to blame for the mess we're all stuck in. Right now, all we have is equality of poverty and equality of misery. But we can fight for a world with equality of opportunity, solidarity, and cooperation. We can and should exercise democratic control over our economy, and break down the thrones of the petty kings and their petty courts who control and exploit our labor. When warehouse workers are stuck working 10-12 hour shifts, forced to piss in bottles and barely able to make ends meet while the CEO is off having massive dick waving contests with fuckin' rocket ships against other billionaires, it's hard not to wanna chant "off with his head!" All power to the people!
Communism isn’t the answer, that’s where a lot of this woke shit comes in and it divides us more than it does any good! Everything is an ‘ism’ and it’s just a label to divide us and distract us. Small local government is the answer, communities run by those people of that community and not tied to any big party and their dogma!
@@jeremyrobertson7267 Congrats, you just described Anarcho-Communism. You're a Communist. Labels and Ideology is pervasive in the world, no matter what you do. The biggest trick the devil ever played is making us think he doesn't exist. The same principle applies with Ideology, when governments and societies spend so much time and energy making it's denizens believe it's non-ideological and purely "practical," or "realist" in nature, what they're doing is precisely that, cementing the ruling Ideology and status quo. The only way to fight the Ideology of the ruling class, is with a working class Ideology, and Communism/Anarchism is it. Read into it, my dude.
@@thevoiceofthelost that would be called socialist if ya gotta give it a name ! Communism is big government ruling over everything, ie: Soviet Union and ccp, most other countries are already socialist in some way, free healthcare, welfare, housing etc
@@jeremyrobertson7267 No, Communism as imagined by Karl Marx, is a *stateless, classless, moneyless* society. It is not when the government does stuff, and wellfare does not make a country Communist/Socialist. And trust me, as a legit Communist who has read enough into Marx, Lenin, and many other Communist thinkers, when I say your definitions are *way* off the mark. Communism is more concerned with who owns property, namely economic property. (factories, businesses, mines.) It proposes Common Ownership of these properties, and while this *can* be accomplished through the state, it doesn't have to be. You should read into Marx instead of watching Fox News, because that definition of Communism comes solely from right wing talking heads who wanna label everything they hate as "Socialism." Though all Communists want this end goal, many Communists and Anarchists differ in how to get there, and through what methods. The Soviet Union in it's early existence was an example of State Socialist, which is pretty self explanatory in that it is a strong central state that seeks to build a Socialist society, but then they went and dissolved many of the aspects that made them Socialist, namely workers councils, independent trade unions, and also abolished independent worker led groups that served as oversight to the Communist Party to make sure they actually practiced what they preached. Further more, yes, the state owned enterprises, but the workers within those enterprises had zero say in how they were run, and so worker control was eroded away. the Soviets by the time of Stalin became State Capitalist in nature, where the government owns and controls enterprise full stop. State Socialism can exist theoretically, since the original logic behind the USSR was that the state controls the economy, but the workers control the state. The problem is that once the capacity for worker control over the state is gone, you end up with the Soviet Union. But like I said before, State Socialism isn't the only form of Socialism, Marx became more libertarian later in his life, and so I more closely align with something called Council Communism, in which regions are governed democratically by councils of workers and citizens, or unions, and all economic property is held in common and controlled by said unions and councils. As for welfare and free healthcare, all of that still exists within a Capitalist economy, and is either granted through corporate subsidies or government initiative, but welfare is NOT worker ownership. In fact, in an ideal Socialist economy, we wouldn't even fuckin need welfare since everyone would have equal access to education, and employment, and the overall cost of living would be substantially lower. In a Socialist economy, you'd have to actually *try* to be homeless and poor.
@@beholdapalehorse6851 No, I don't think so. And even if it is a bunch of wicked occultist secret societies running the show, they're doing so through the mechanism of power that Capitalism as an economic system grants them. So instead of drawing lines on some grand conspiracy board with yarn and letting god sort it out, why don't you actually take a real and indepth look at how our society functions and connect those dots instead? If you're right, and it *is* a bunch of cultists, then destroying the institutions that give them power would inevitably destroy them as well, would it not? And If I'm right, and there is no cabal, and all the problems of the world are just byproduct of these institutions themselves, then destroying them would still improve the world. Consider it a revolutionary twist on Pascal's Wager, friend, except it's a win win. There's literally nothing to lose but your chains.
Governments lie all the time. Well, not just the American government, it's just in the nature of governments. Well, they have to lie. And since they don't represent the people, and so since they act against the interest of the people, the only way they can hold power is if they lie to the people.
[Ophelia of the Spirits]
You don't know what I know
You can't see the spreading state of deception
I am cruel to myself
Things will never be the same
[Howard Zinn]
If they told people the truth, they wouldn't last very long.
[Ophelia of the Spirits]
I will hold my silence
Like a weapon in my hand
If I used it I would murder myself
You could never understand
[Verse 1: Vinnie Paz]
Columbus came ashore, greeted with nothin' but niceness
Sailin' west in attempt to find gold and spices
Dominated by the popes in frenzy for ices
The Catholic church expelled Jews and claimed it was righteous
The first man to see land would get a reward
And get a yearly pension for life, clearly from God
A young sailor saw land, said: "We isn't far."
Columbus lied, said he saw it the evening before
They touched ground, they were greeted by the Arawak
Columbus had them locked up as prisoners in an hour flat
He wanted to find their source of gold and that was that
And when they thought that wasn't fair then he stabbed their back
When there was no more gold, he took slaves instead
And left a quarter million Indians in Haiti dead
The men died in mines, the women died at work
The children died from lack of milk and they died in the dirt
They were just takin' advantage of a passive people
They were just bein' the savages of massive evil
That's the church work, that's the path of massive ego
That's the blood of Abraham bein' stabbed by the steeple
[Verse 2: Vinnie Paz]
In 1619 they were patiently waitin'
For a ship that carried slaves that was changin' the nation
The white man was a cannibal, prayin' to Satan
Hatred, contempt - a pity of patronization
That's the corner stone everything racism based in
The African had a more advanced civilization
Black was slave, Master was white, rationalization
Fifty million dead, that's Western civilization
At first they appeared in the north
And they were helpless in the face of superior force
And all of them were chained together, they really was lost
Racism isn't natural, it's merely divorce
Before the slave trade, black was considered distasteful
By the Oxford dictionary, I find it disgraceful
It's not a natural tendency to be bitter and hateful
It's the natural enemy of the critical staple
Slavery grew as the plantation system grew
The reason for that's kinda easily traceable
Society of helpless dependence was capable
Of saying, "Fuck a slave master! You're in slavery too!"
[Verse 3: Vinnie Paz]
Seven slaves were put to death for murderin' Master
Fear of slave revolt had them developin' faster
You a cataline killer, ineloquent bastard
I would burn the white man while smellin' the ashes
From time to time, white man was part of the resistance
White indentured servants wanted no part of the system
King Philip's War showed that if people would listen
Then they can maybe break the complex chain of oppression
Tyranny is tyranny, but that's a concession
But the women, they was treated like that of possessions
Black women had it worse 'cause they was abused
That's the white justification of Aryan blues
The next move was to dominate the Mexicans
James Polk dominated them like they was next of kin
He sent Colonel Cross to lie to them and let them in
Eleven days later his skull was crushed, so message sent
"We take nothing by conquest," that was the mantra
The military wasn't human, they was just monsters
Henry David Thoreau refused to pay his taxes
Denounced the Mexican War and got locked in shackles
[Verse 4: Vinnie Paz]
The twentieth century opened, anger re-emerged
Reality of ordinary life was bein' heard
Anarchists and feminists came from factory work
Communism, socialism, seemed to be re-birthed
“War is the health of the state” is what Bourne said
And if you was born around that time, you was born dead
The Espionage Act had people confused
'Cause it was double talk, and they didn’t know how it’d be used
Supposedly it was an act against spyin'
Dubois knew that that was bullshit and they was lyin'
Charles Schenck was arrested in Philadelphia
For printin' and distributin' leaflets 'cause they was helpin' ya
He was indicted, tried and then found guilty
And spent six months in jail - don’t that sound silly?
Had his freedom taken away by his own nation
But there’s a lesson: do not submit to intimidation
The act still exists today and this shit is real
Supposedly, Kennedy tried to have that shit appealed
Eugene Debs did ten years for no purpose
He obstructed the recruiting and enlistment service
[Verse 5: Vinnie Paz]
The post office started takin' mail privileges
Of magazines who printed anti-war sentiments
A Socialist named Fairchild had it right
He said that: “They can shoot me, but they can’t make me fight."
They sentenced him to a year in jail and that was reckless
Sixty-five thousand men, conscientious objectors
They were sent to army bases to work there
They were treated sadistically and were hurt there
They were strangled with the hemp rope 'til they collapsed
And officers punched they stomach and they lower back
A garden hose was placed on they face with a nozzle
About six inches from them so they couldn’t swallow
The war ended in nineteen hundred and eighteen
The government was just tryin' to wipe the slate clean
Hemingway wrote "Farewell to Arms"
Dalton Trumbo wrote "Johnny Got His Gun"
The war was over, but they didn’t learn they lesson
Twin tactics of control, reform and repression
The patriotic fervor of war had been invoked
That’s why the country that you live in is a fuckin' joke!
Thank you for the lyrics!

Peace from germany everyone.
Vinnie putting a spotlight on Howard Zinn's work does my heart good.
I listened to a grown ass man for 20 minutes giving a high school essay speech. Facts. Actual factual.
RIP Howard Zinn
Fire spitting dragon 🐉 really listen and play a role in the change 🙂

Vinnie is my go to weneva I need a pick me up
Hey this is all true we ALL need to stand together power to the people!!!!! 9:04 9:07
there is an enormous number of people who care about the world and about the country, want to to something about it
"We have to stop thinking that we must have military solutions
To the problems we face in the world"
Yeah
"The solutions that we need are..."
Picking up where we left off
"...dealing of sickness, disease, and hunger
Now that's fundamental
If you want to end terrorism, you have to stop being terrorists
Which is what war is"
They told you World War II was a people's war
Logic should have told them it was imperialist war
18 million served in the armed forces
10 million more overseas - that's enormous
25 million workers pay for war bonds
All of the while people question why the war's on
There was an undercurrent of reluctance
There were under-publicized signs of resistance
Hitler's Germany was unspeakable evil
But let's discuss real quick what we did to people
We opposed the Haitian revolution
We turned Guam, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii into institutions
Pretended to help Cuba win freedom from Spain
This country's built on the blood of other people's pain
Blacks is looking at anti-Semitism in Germany
And saw the situation here was mirroring it perfectly
We appeased Hitler all throughout the '30s
Only years later we pretended we was worried
Roosevelt was hesitant to be gritty
And caused a resolution to be buried in committee
The main interest was never to stop fascism
But advancing imperialist interests of that prism
Roosevelt ain't care about oppression of the Jews
The power was the priority I'm telling you the truth
Hitler not the reason that we entered the land
Roosevelt was mad that we got hit by Japan
Historians will tell you he provoked that shit
He told lies in attempts to sugar coat that shit
In '45 troops were jammed onto the Queen Mary
The blacks were stowed down in the depths of the same ferry
See there's a parallel you have to understand
That they wanted them to fight but wouldn't treat them
Like a man
Industrial mobilization had a few divided
The economic royalists denounced and derided
The irony of victory was heavily a price
The war ended 3 million men was in strike
There's no peace in a world of capitalism
Nazi eugenic techonomic rationalism
The lesson was that war solved problems of control
Regardless if it causes any problems for the soul
The black revolt in the '50s came as a surprise
It shouldn't have after we took so many of their lives
You can't erase the memory of an oppressed people
Reparation doesn't make it any less evil
Some black folks joined the communist party
Richard Wright spoke of disillusionment with the body
The party was accused of exploiting black people
Angelo Herndon felt everything was equal
He was arrested they convicted for insurrection
How the fuck it's insurrection I call it dissension
Gave him 5 years when all he wanted was protection
There was other black men that made the same connection
Benjamin Davis defended Herndon as a savior
Then Paul Robeson he only magnified the danger
Harry Truman had to deal with the militant mood
But how the fuck that gonna work when he a racist too
In '54 they said they ended segregation
10 years later no changes
Revolt was always minutes away about to bust
Rosa Parks refused the black section of the bus
The freedom riders were spreading across the nation
They went to jail for marching and fighting discrimination
FBI stood by, Justice Department stood by
While civil rights workers were beaten, they just stood by
3 civil rights workers, 2 black and 1 white
Arrested in Philadelphia, Mississippi one night
They were released, beaten with chains and shot to death
There were arrests made but it was not confessed
The national government remained silent
The president wouldn't defend blacks against violence
Civil rights laws were passed but they were fraud
Equality was enforced poorly or was ignored
Martin Luther King's speech floored whoever heard it
5 years later he was targeted and murdered
In '65 the Watts Riots burned into the streets
The black man would no longer turn the other cheek
The Black Panther Party scared Nixon
But that did nothing to change his position
A new black consciousness was born and still alive
And that came from the will to survive
This is the part where I would talk about Vietnam
But me and Rugged Man we already made a song
By the '70s distrust had spread across the nation
Basic discontent political alienation
55, 000 died in the war of moral shame
And then Watergate was added to the hall of pain
The Watergate burglaries was rather complicated
But in the end mostly all of them exonerated
Nixon had CIA a G. Gordon Liddy
Lie about the Democratic National Committee
But eventually they all flipped on him
And told the Senate that they had a lot of shit on him
After that it was a swift and a sudden fall
Nixon resigned before they could impeach the ball
They got rid of Nixon but they kept the system
His foreign policy still remains in position
Corporate interests still remain in position
His closest advisors remain in position
Vietnam recession and unrest
All adds up to a motherfucking mess
After Watergate and Vietnam
There was a deep economic insecurity in this world of ours
Environmental deterioration took its toll
A cultural violence upon the families took its toll
Problems couldn't be solved without bold changes
But no major party candidates proposed changes
American political tradition held fast
Urban communities turning into hell fast
Black folks are bitterly disappointed with Carter
Opposed federal aid the poor people didn't bother
Reagan got elected and he built a military up
A trillion dollars later
And this motherfucker dummy up
He cut benefits for the poor to get the money up
Social security, disability went belly up
Unemployment grew in the Reagan years
30 million people unemployed in the Reagan years
Welfare became an object of attack
Especially if you was latino or you was black
I'm just scratching the surface of what was wrong
We'll pick the conversation up in the next song
To be continued...
You can't be neutral on a moving train
I told y'all before
You can't believe everything that your teacher tell you
Who is your teacher?
Your teacher just learned what they was taught
How do you know what they was taught was correct?
Know what I mean?
Dig into the real history of this country
And the fact it was built on blood
We gonna go around for a third time
But for now I'm just blessing y'all with this one
A continuation of the first
You can't be neutral on a moving train
Pazienza
Howard Zinn thank you for teaching the people
Rest in Peace

A Power Governments Cannot Suppress
1852 - Outbreak of Revolution of September 11 resulting in the State of Buenos Aires declaring independence as a Republic. 1857 - The Mountain Meadows massacre: Mormon settlers and Paiutes massacre 120 pioneers at Mountain Meadows, Utah.

One hour to name of the negative things about America.
And an eternity to name all the positive things.
it'd take less than a second to say all the positive 😂😂 nothing 😂😂😂😂😂😂
You lost your mind!!! What good shit!? Everything they do is a ruse or a scam, an excuse to kill more people and profit off what’s left! That’s capitalism for you, fuck the USA can’t wait to see it burn like the wtc…. Another bs story there!

Очень крутой чувак! Тексты, конечно, в переводе звучат не так...и не все понятно, без понимания контекста. Но все равно. Супер!
I fucken like you!!!!! Speak truth¡¡!!
When warehouse workers are stuck working 10-12 hour shifts, forced to piss in bottles and barely able to make ends meet while the CEO is off having massive dick waving contests with fuckin' rocket ships against other billionaires, it's hard not to wanna chant "off with his head!"
All power to the people!
I mean, I know my shit, but I'm just curious as to how broad your horizon is when it comes down to this genre .
